I was highly disappointed at the service I received at 3150N Zaragoza Rd El Paso Texas 79938 I had an online order, l request for extra caramel drizzle on a frap, upon receiving my drink I notice there is no extra caramel, I asked the barista to"please remake my drink this does not have what I paid for" I was cut off mid sentence by a young lady with glasses and was asked to park at the mobile parking after waiting 10 minutes, the same young lady comes back with the same drink by this time the frap was expired the ice and base completely separated) and still no extra caramel. I went to the store and I asked for my drink to be remade or I need a refund. The shift supervisor told me there is an option on the app to request caramel in the cup, there is none, This incident happened April 29, 2024 on or about 3:15-3:45pm after spending $29.00. As a previous BARISTA (2007-2008) | know Starbucks takes pride in their handcrafted drinks and stellar customer service. This store didn't even try. I am very disappointed.

I’ve given this Starbucks so many chances. Would be nice if they could make at least one drink right so I can shop. Bad coffee they spit ball recipes. Save your money but starbies some where else.

Two more costumers come and still no service another girl in line and now theres 4 of us and their all laughing looking at us. Finally they take order I go to counter to ait on coffee and that guy also making fun of me because of I'm waiting well its not first time. Please all I want is a coffee and get out of dodge
