Whoever worked drive thru isn’t the best worker. Usually great service with no problems. But today she messed up my order twice, took over 5 minutes after waiting over 10 minutes in line, and wasn’t the nicest. I understand it’s near the holidays but there’s no need to be rude.

Absolutely a waste of time.
We waited for our order over 25 minutes for order. They didnt even make it. Or have record of order. Guy at counter was very rude . Ran out yelling and cussing .saying delete the picture we took outside of the business.
Very unprofessional employees. Buy in green with glasses needs fired on spot.

Hands down one worst Starbucks we have visited.
Do better . Be better.
Starbucks you owe me for wasted time .
Seems this is a common issues at this location.

Very upset with the staff working morning shift! Waited over 20 minutes for a simple drink. The lady in the front said “if you guys would like a refund form a line here” not only that but they were messing up customer orders around me. Get it together!!

The staff were incredibly busy and you could see customers who were a little annoyed so early in the morning…. And yet the staff were so sweet, attentive, and welcoming. By far my favorite location to go to!

Waited 15 minutes for them to take my order then another 20 min. Then the femal individual working there was an awful mood . She just pushed my drink on the table. Terrible service today there.

Top it off i said light on ice and did the opposite.

Very disappointed of all the staff working the am shift in this place. Not a single one of them knew how to make a sale for a tax exempt entity. They asked one person and another and another and no one was able to assist. They just made me waste my time. They need better training for all type of situations that may occur on a daily basis.

1st shift is phenomenal, afternoon and night shift unfortunately 1 star is being nice .. kids bs and playing around no sense of urgency for customer service. management needs to step in and add personal and training for these shifts ..

I am in town for work and have had the time and pleasure to order my coffee with Justice and her crew. Every individual in the restaurant and service industry should take a page from Justice's customer service example. I wish I could take this Starbucks with me back to NC!
