I never leave reviews but I feel like I got robbed. Granted, service was fast, but I ordered two grande drinks and they told me they were out of grande cups and asked if they could put it in a venti cup. I said sure not expecting it to be filled up all the way of course since I only ordered a grande. Then I pulled up to the drive thru only to find out that my $6 drink was mostly ice and had barely any actual drink. Super disappointing and totally not the employees fault- just kind of lame. Even a grande would have had more drink than this. This photo was the drink right after I received it…

Everytime I go the staff treats me well. Wonderful and Alexa are such joys to see in the morning when I get my coffee. It has become my new Starbucks and I love it ☺️

One of my favorite Starbucks locations in El Paso! It’s super busy but they are efficient!

I swear they make the best drinks here. I got a lavender matcha today and it has been the best one I got. 💗

This Starbuck location is always quick. They have a lot of business but manage it well. The employees are friendly!

This location is always SUPER busy, so all the more reason I appreciate the happy notes on the cups lately. It's something they don't *have to do* but are doing extra. 🙂 The drive thru seems to provide faster service than going inside to order.

Four stars only because the immediate parking spots in front of this location are horribly place in relation to the drive thru exit. It's better to park in the larger part of the lot and get a few extra steps.

The guy was very friendly and helpful, but they do prioritize the drive-thru. Here I am, trying to be a nice person, going out to pick up an order on a cold and windy night. There were no other cars, yet I was still held up. One of the baristas asked for my mobile order name, and after I provided it, she didn't mention that the Valentine cake pop was out of stock until I had been waiting for almost ten minutes, with my coffee nearly gone.

I did appreciate the stock of clearance items; they had some great things on sale, including some nice cups. The barista helped me with my purchase, which I appreciated. I will come again through the drive-thru. I only visit this location occasionally when I'm near or at the hospital.

I think it would be helpful to assist walk-in customers more promptly, as you never know if they are dealing with pain or disabilities. It’s important to show consideration for those who are trying to be nice despite their circumstances.i mean you are near all the hospitals of el paso almost.

The coffee is ok, and they tend to sell you bigger beverage size but with less liquid content. As usual in every Starbucks, it seems that they are understaffed. The place is rather clean but not very spacious. It is not as cozy as other Starbucks I have been in.

The service at this Starbucks is great but they take way too long to get drinks out. I’ve ordered ahead through the app multiple times and most of the time the drink is not ready yet. It’ll say that the drink is ready to go on the app and when I get there, I have to wait another 20-30 minutes for my drink. The place won’t be busy either for them to be taking that long.

Got the turkey ciabatta, which was burnt and hard to chew. I got 2 cookies for my kids, and neither of them liked the cookies. I also got the iced brown sugar oat espresso, and it was disappointing. Tasted burnt and missing the cinnamon flavor and the oat milk taste. I'm just not happy all that cost 23 bucks, and to be dissatisfied with every item is disappointing.
