They were giving attitude since the drive thru, we were trying to ask her for a drink that we didn’t know the name of and she responded sarcastically saying “we have a lot of drinks like that” we told her to calm down and she said “okay order when you’re ready” we got to the window and the whip cream smelled and tasted spoiled, when we told them they said “what do you mean is spoiled?” We even heard one of the girls talking bad about us. They were rude, not helpful and really bad customer service. Will not come back to this location.

This particular Starbucks is fine, but I don't have as much of a coffee flavor from my drinks as I do at any other Starbucks in the area. I've been to this one a couple times and think I'll just hit a different one from now on.

The service here is despicable. I went in November 10, 2023, receipt #70961596; I mobile ordered and because I did it "too soon" before coming to the store then the employees belittled me and forced me to wait until past my order time and park in a spot. I don't understand why if I was already at the drive through window, then why didn't they politely make my drink instead of rudely forcing me to wait 13 minutes. It was 8:06AM, they didn't give me my drink till 8:19; meanwhile other people in the drive through who were behind me got their drinks earlier. It's abhorrent the service I received. The entire time was extremely rude and arrogant. I would avoid this specific location for future orders. I hope management reviews their employee customer service practices.
