This is my favorite location. The barista’s are wonderful. The food and drinks are perfect and if by chance they’re not, they will remake it the way you want it😀 I love the customer service at this location. I cannot comment enough about this location, in my opinion, it’s the best Starbucks in El Paso, not only because of the wonderful service and delicious food and drinks, but honestly it’s because of the barista’s!!!Kudos for barista’s like Jay(in the picture)Serenity,Ali(in the picture),Desiree,Katie,Danny,Jesh,Stephanie, Jesus, Hyrum and many others thank you barista’s!! Parking: Plenty of parking very safe wonderful outdoor area as well
Always disappointed when picking up mobile order in store. Either drink is ready and food portion of order goes unnoticed. Or food is ready and you have to wait over 15 minutes for your drink and now have cold food. People walking in after me and ordering had their drink faster so what’s the point of using mobile service?

I have never had such a horrible service in any other Starbucks, like I had with this one most of the time some of the drive thru workers are just so rude, they seemed annoyed if I ask them to load my card when I have cash. One girl gave me my drink and as I was saying thank you she slammed the window on me

Got through drive through ordered a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch they forgot to put the Ribbon Crunch thats why its called like that no? We told the girl from drive through Jesika and she just rolled her eyes when it was their fault, instead of giving the right drink the first time aside from the fact that they putted a lot of whipped cream which we didnt ask for. Very disappointed from this service horrible customer service. We usually come here now we wont.

The people who who work here are nice my only issue is this is probably my 4 time I go to this place and the drinks I ask for are pure water on my drinks. They put so much ice that when melts I just water on my drink. No taste at all. So I decided to ask no ice on my drink and ask for ice on the side and still my drinks is either not made right and water. Doesn’t taste like other places. I don’t know if they charge they employees or I don’t know but please do are drinks right they are pricey. And no we’re not trying to be cheap when asking side of ice it’s because u serve water on the drinks. No flavor.

Staff here is the worst, no system for getting drinks out. They give you your order in 2 parts. The atmosphere here is garbage they don’t even acknowledge people coming in and out. On top of that they give you the total and walk away without the opportunity to get your receipt. First and last time coming here.
Hey Jesus, manager @ store # 61620- 295766 El Paso N Zaragoza/Edgemere a big SHOUT OUT and THANK YOU to the short girl with glasses at drive thru @ 5 am sorry didn't get her name. She is awesome! Everyday on my way to work, I picked up the iced matcha w almond milk and cinnamon powder and the turkey bacon sandwich. She had enthusiasm, greeted always with a smile and extremely nice. Those are the people we like at drive thru with a smile early in the am and not the ones with no smile and don't even say gm.
The one I didn't like is a white complected tall girl reddish hair no smile , rude and demanding she was also at the drive thru but seemed like she wasn't happy.

This place is just the worst! Every time I go it’s always them taking forever in the order and the attitude. Today I got down since the drive through line was like 4 cars soo that’s super long for this Starbucks. They gave me half of my drinks I was being patient since the are working on drive through but then I see them take coffee after coffee out and meanwhile the people I was with were done with their drinks and I realize it’s been 25 mts and when I go ask the guy still has an attitude and tells me he’s working on it when he clearly isn’t. And then gives me the crappiest coffee ever like a rushed coffee he made just now since I said something. It was just us inside. I don’t get why this place is like this.
