I always come here and normally it’s an ok time when I go.. today I go and for the first time I was asked how I was doing, and AMAZING customer service. She was soo sweet, my drink tasted amazing, was patient, and recommended other drinks. Her name is Lorena! To her manager: She gave amazing service, she’s was great!

Worst service ever. Cashier was so disrespectful rushing us to order. She made my coffee so fast it has no flavor. After receiving my order she practically asked us to leave. Horrible coffee disgusting service. Despite the fact that we placed our order 10 minutes before closing. You should not treat your customers that way. I understand that everyone wants to go home at the end of the day, but customers are what drive your business. And the quality of service should never be compromised only to get rid of a customer. We are paying consumers, and excellent customer service is essential.

I don't know what has happened to Starbucks but all I know is that I was in El paso the last 2 weeks and the store manager was so unprofessional and she seemed annoyed whenever I asked her a question. but thankfully there was an employee who went above and beyond to make me smile I didn't get her name but it started with a V.

Ordered an iced-shaken expresso and holy crap... it's about 80% ice. For a venti I got about 2-3 sips of my drink and it's done. Is this normal????

I usually love this location but the lady that was in the drive through this morning at 8:45 am on 12/31/25 was so damn rude!!!! I asked for a straw and she closed the window in our face and she reopened it and my mom asked her again for them. From the get go, rude. When we were being polite, if she doesn’t like her job she should leave.

I’ve visited this location multiple times, and today raised serious concerns for me. I was originally frustrated about the long wait, but I realized only two ladies were running the store on their own. This isn’t just a customer inconvenience, it’s an issue. What makes it worse is that this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this here. On previous visits, I’ve noticed what I assume is the manager in the lobby while the staff struggles to keep up with nonstop drink orders. The lack of support is obvious, and it’s disappointing. These employees clearly work hard, but they deserve better management, staffing, and support. I will not be returning to this location.

I went for a coffee and a cake pop at the drive thru took them 17 minutes to get my order at this point I should’ve just gotten a ta le and a server, this Starbucks always struggles with time and management.

Oven was down. Barista didn’t make the drink right and just threw in more ice. Bad customer service.
The barrista at the drive through was incredibly rude. I ordered a mocha frappe just a plain mocha frappe and I received a mocha cookie crumble frappe I let her know it wasn’t what I wanted and she said with an attitude “it’s the same thing.” I let her know it wasn’t and that I wanted what I ordered she the proceeded to take it back blend it again and give it right back. By this time I had to get off the car and go inside. I spoke to someone else and I told them that I only wanted a mocha frappe and that she re blended it and gave it back. She confronted the girl and she admitted that all she did was re blend it. I finally got my drink and while I was waiting for it the girl in the drive thru was legit complaining about me to the car that was in the drive thru whom she apparently knew. This was so bad. My receipt number was 676056 on sat 11/22

Please do better, Went for the hello kitty colab/release, waited for an hr before they opened to come away with 1 cup i didn't really want but better than nothing. This store in particular allowed each person to get one of each item compared to other stores that were only allowing 1 item period which I think works better and allows for more people to get something, The inventory they have is ridiculously low for the amount of people that show up and I would think they would know this. This is the first and last time I do something like this....

Worse customer service out there! we just let the location people shouldnt be working for customer service places if they can simple have manners...... I been going since day one they opened i have bought so much teas and coffee!!! I really regret it.....Thats the reason i STOPPED!!!!!!!!! Ya can stay with those rude employeess......
