I came in on Friday for my bogo deal , while waiting for my drinks I heard the baristas asking the manager for help and she continued to sit and talk with a friend, felt so bad for how busy they were I left a big tip☹️ the drinks were great tho!

Had 0 priorities for their in store customers, I placed an online order and waited almost 30 minutes for my drink. They had it at the drive-thru counter the whole time and was made incorrectly. I preceded to order 2 cake-pops at the counter and had to wait 20 more minutes for 2 cake pops.

Baristas must have been having a bad day. Customer service was terrible. Especially compared to other locations. Strange when you walk in and your the only two people there and made to feel like your an interruption. Display case empty of usual food displays. We waited while they kept stocking without any greeting.i was thinking they were closing early. We sit after ordering and a few people walk in and orders are in the counter. Never called out name to advise order was ready. Had to go check if mine was one of the ones ready. Again I get that look that I’m interrupting. I’ll stick to other locations.

Best coffee place hands down. Get yourself a girl with dyed hair and tons of pins and you KNOW you got the best drink. All staff need a raise their so caring and know how to actually communicate. So many of them are funny and wont take their job TOO seriously. Invest in tipping all the starbucks workers lol. I love the strawberry açaí lemonade, pumpkin spice latte, and their iced coffee, all are amazing. This location is great i will try new ones! The vibe is immaculate as well.
