I've been here 3 times and each time my orders have been wrong. One time I ordered a white chocolate drink and noticed it was brown and smelled like coffee. I asked the lady at the window if it was the white chocolate and she said "if that's what the label says that's what it is" I parked and got down to talk to another employee who confirmed it was indeed not what the label said. I advised her she should probably talk to the girl in the window and she told me it was her manager ? Not very good service for being a manager.

As I arrived and went to the counter, a male employee just looked at us with a confused look on his face and finally asked if I was ready to order in a very soft voice, he did not seem to interest it in smiling or being friendly and taking our order. After we took our order and paid. He barely said thank you. If it weren't for the delicious drinks that you have a Starbucks, I would never go back to this location, It's the first time that I was a customer there and I will most likely not return to this location.

Starbucks needs better drink carriers. Do not order a venti there and have them put it on a drink carrier. It will tip over and spill all over the inside of your car.

I was in a hurry this morning and didn't double-check that I got everything in my order, and by the time I got to work, I realized I wasn't given my coffee. They made sure to double-check that I paid, but not that I'd gotten everything I paid for. So, just make sure you have everything because apparently they won't.
