I decided to give this place another shot because it’s closes to me and again they mest up my order I asked for no whip cream but I had whip cream? I paid for two espresso shots but I don’t taste it at all in my frap.

I had a very negative experience at this location due to staff behavior. During my visit, staff members made mocking side comments and behaved in an insensitive way toward us (We are Asian) This is the second time I have experienced this type of behavior at Starbucks. The staff did not make us feel welcome or respected.I spent about $11 and left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. This location needs serious training in professional etiquette and cultural sensitivity. Very hurt and disappointed. I hope management does listen.

Staff was terrible. If you’re Asian don’t go. They are racist. They mock you or make side comments. This is the second time I’ve experienced racism at Starbucks. Clearly they don’t care that their customers feel welcomed inside their store. Is this what you as El Paso want to show to people coming from abroad? Absolutely disgusting. 11$ with a side of racism. Your staff needs training on etiquette.

Ordered a hot chocolate..not a white one. It was white in color and tasted like nothing. Waste of money.

Why did you guys close the Lobby. I mobile ordered and expected to walk inside; with sign posted saying drive thru only. There was a huge line in drive-thru. Mobile ordering should have been shutdown or turned off.

Just had an absolutely wonderful Christmas Eve stop at Starbucks. Brandon was super friendly and really made the visit special. He had that kind of vibe and warmth that brightens your day. Kevin was fantastic as well, and the whole team absolutely deserves five stars. I’ll definitely be back and maybe I’ll be lucky enough to run into Brandon again. Happy holidays to everyone there!

Great visit to Starbucks! I had the Nitro Cold Brew and it was fantastic—smooth and refreshing. Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommended!

This Starbucks consistently has the worst customer service. Drive to the next one if you can.

We’ve tried it multiple times while in the area and I get reminded every single time why I try to avoid it.

I recently had a barista argue with me about a drink I was literally reading off the menu. She acted like I was stupid and was trying to order something off menu.
Another example: Every year we take my daughter to get her free bday drink and at other locations we always get a sweet “happy bday” or more! One year the barista at another location did a small quick happy bday song. I know it not required but for the sake of an example. This year the barista at the register seemed bothered that we were even using the app for the free drink. No smile the whole transaction.
As it is when you walk in the atmosphere is always sad and dry compared to other Starbucks.
Also to add they always make the worst matcha, it’s always tastes like a pinch of matcha was used and the color is barely there

I’m pretty sad about having to write this but after ordering 2 days in a row and not receiving what I ordered correctly is upsetting. I ordered 2 different drinks in 2 days and did not receive what I paid for. Now when I order I get charged for anything extra that I add on but when you don’t receive it that’s kinda frustrating. Now the drinks can be costly but I don’t mind it as long as it comes out the way I ask for it. Now this drink had no classic syrup in it very dull.

I want to share my thoughts on the drink I received today and previous drinks I have received in the past. It is beyond infuriating to receive a very poorly made drink. Let me explain why and narrow it down to the drink I ordered this morning. When you ask for a pink drink what do you expect? A PINK DRINK, not white, not blue, not brown. Pink. The order I did had no extras apart from only cold foam, so that is not the reason to why my pink drink isn't pink. Adding to that, There are no strawberry inclusions, and that was not stated when ordered either. Not only is the drink not appealing, it tastes like straight water. no flavor, no nothing. I have noticed a pattern in this specific pattern where if they are short on a certain ingredient they add less or it and more of something else. Another example would be the foam and how sometimes it's creamy and other times it is nonexistent. I am very upset about this not only because it has happened to me but because I know it has happened to others.

First time at this place (drive-thru) ordered a small order, coffee and 2 pastries. I specifically asked for pastry NOT to be warmed. Pulled up, gives me my items, pastry is warmed. Knocked on window to be assisted and asked for pastry not warmed as I had ordered and she had repeated the order back correctly at intercom, she took pastry closed window had me wait a few minutes then handed me what I ordered in the first place. No apology, acknowledgement, smile, nothing. It's frustrating when customer asks for specific items and still cannot get it right, and makes it worse when the barista does not acknowledge or apologize for their mistake. Glad I didn't tip.
