The first walk up Starbucks I've ever been to, and was pleasantly greeted by one of the girls at the window, very polite, friendly and cute. Helped me out with my order. I always get the drinks mixed up so she knew what I wanted before I did. Wish I would've gotten her name. But service was quick despite the long line around the building

This Starbucks is really a hit or miss—unfortunately, mostly a miss. It’s the closest one to me, but I usually end up driving to the Starbucks on Zaragoza & North Loop because that location is always consistent and great. At the Socorro location, the drinks are often made incorrectly and don’t taste the way they’re supposed to. It’s disappointing because I want to love this store for the convenience, but the quality just isn’t there.

I frequently order ahead for this location, and they’re always so amazing! They make my coffee exactly how I like it, they’re quick, and they’re so kind and patient. Definitely the best service in the lower valley.

Really bad service at Americas. Didn’t get the name of the person but it was today, July 13, 2024 at 8:47 AM. She had a tattoo on her neck. The person on drive thru was extremely rude since I was telling her my customize order when she interrupted me by loudly saying it’s the “macadamia ma’am!” not knowing that I was asking for it to be customized. And not letting me finish saying what I needed to say. She was speaking too fast and I said “what was that I’m sorry” and she yelled at the mic. Like if I was asking her to speak louder. (Which that was not what I meant). She asked for my name and I said Karen she continue saying Okay Erika you can drive to the window now. (Again, not paying attention not even at my name) When I went to the window I told her to put caramel on my drink just as how I was trying to order it. I told her I wanted a caramel swirl and they just pour the caramel in the middle. At the end I just let her know that they should let people speak. She said she was not the person at the mic. I’m not sure if she was blaming someone else or if it was really her. Either way she was rude too. The drink was disgusting just because they did it how ever the hell they want. So Please let people finish saying their orders. Don’t just jump in. It’s rude. That Starbucks was so nice at first when they just open maybe cause it was new idk. But It sucks now with the people they left there. Horrible service! I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I am done with this Starbucks. When they first opened, they were amazing: great customer service and great drinks….. as time has passed their customer service has declined along with the quality of their drinks. Today was my last time going to this location. I rather leave my house early and go to another location where the drive thru employee isn’t rude. Hannah, please do better. You aren’t giving me a free drink and I’m not bothering you on your time off. You are being paid to take my order and I’m paying for my drink.

People here are rude I ordered an Americano venti without water added whole milk and creamer via the app, and the app charged me for it but at the window, she told me she couldn't do it and this was not the first time they didn't want to customize a drink. I go here because it's the closest one to home but why am I paying a premium price for coffee when I don't get what I paid for? Honestly, it should have just been a Dutch bros coffee place. Ordered @ ~1:30 pm.

Apparently they dont know how to make a straberry acai. Now,everytime,i go, they mess up my drink. Either when I ask for straberries...some say that they cant and some do it. If they dont mess that up,they give me my drink with old strawberries and 99% syrup. Trash..trash ...did i say trash? Wonder who is worse,this one or the one in Mesa. Oh,Mesa has people that make it known they need you to know they are having a bad day
