My husband and I stop by in the mornings sometimes and we never have to wait more than 5 minutes for our food or drinks. Love the big open space they have to come work on projects or just relax in a calm 3rd space. We brought our kids to the pumpkin carving event and they loved it. The manager was so attentive and kind with everyone. We really appreciated seeing the community engagement because it's not very common in this area. Thank you for a great evening and for great starts to our busy days. The kids have a new favorite drink now thanks to the free samples ?

I did a mobile order while I was still home. I live about 10 min from this location. I arrived and the sandwich was ready. The lady saw me and told me she was working on my drink. However she never came back with the drink. I waited close to 15 min. While waiting I saw on the screen my order had went to ready and others were coming in grabbing their food as their name showed up "order received " on the screens. I then said something to the guy about my other. They completely forgot about me. Then after waiting close to 20 min they made my drink and it wasn't correct. I'm upset with the service I received at this location.

I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years, I come to this location at least 3 times a week via drive thru for breakfast on my way to work. Today I decided to order my usual Starbucks breakfast for dine in since I had my son with me, and I was scolded by the supervisor because my son was eating pancakes from McDonald’s. I was told that no outside food or drinks are allowed. I asked what the problem was if I’m a paying customer but he said again not to be bringing outside food or drinks. Not that it matters to them but they just lost a loyal customer.

SUZY NEEDS A PAY RAISE ?? Suzy is now my favorite she gave me 2 cake pops and it made my whole day. All cause one had a crack in it. Dude she was the CUTEST. I've had the worse craving for the cake pops lately so I used the last of my points for one and she gave me TWO I almost cried in the car I was so happy. It was just overall her professionalism and how sweet she was about it. That’s just really made me consider that I will definitely be taking the 15 minute trip to go to a Starbucks that cares rather than the one that’s walking distance from my house.

Kindness cost nothing. I didn't expect my barista Viana to tell me it was nice to meet me when I ordered or to bring me my breakfast and make me feel so special today, but I absolutely needed it. I chose to use my time and energy to send them positive feedback. We hear it so often, but you never know what your small gestures of kindness mean to others.

While waiting I order a coffee and some banana walnut bread. Brought me an extra sandwich on them, guessing because of the inconvenience I've been having today waiting. Really appreciate their gesture and the food was great! Great service for my time here.
