Made a mobile order & as I walked in I was kindly greeted by Linel (read her apron) She was so joyous. Although it was a busy time she was kind and attentive. Our interaction was brief but you can tell she loves what she does and puts her customers first. Kudos Linel for being amazing!

Came in on a Tuesday morning and it’s a very calming place. I usually don’t stop in to enjoy my coffee in the restaurant since Starbucks here in El Paso are always so full of people and busy (the one on Yarbrough and Montwood is always packed and full of people, ugh) but this Starbucks is not full of people, staff is friendly, and the environment is nice and inviting. Bobby was the person who helped me today and he was super nice and friendly. He was very attentive and friendly to everyone who walked in and he made my experience 💯 more enjoyable. If only all the Estarbucks could have a Bobby…..

My husband and I stop by in the mornings sometimes and we never have to wait more than 5 minutes for our food or drinks. Love the big open space they have to come work on projects or just relax in a calm 3rd space. We brought our kids to the pumpkin carving event and they loved it. The manager was so attentive and kind with everyone. We really appreciated seeing the community engagement because it's not very common in this area. Thank you for a great evening and for great starts to our busy days. The kids have a new favorite drink now thanks to the free samples ?

I did a mobile order while I was still home. I live about 10 min from this location. I arrived and the sandwich was ready. The lady saw me and told me she was working on my drink. However she never came back with the drink. I waited close to 15 min. While waiting I saw on the screen my order had went to ready and others were coming in grabbing their food as their name showed up "order received " on the screens. I then said something to the guy about my other. They completely forgot about me. Then after waiting close to 20 min they made my drink and it wasn't correct. I'm upset with the service I received at this location.
