Terrible drinks, ordered 3 blonde vanilla lattes with oatmilk and it tasted like only oatmilk foam - no coffee. We drink Starbucks all the time from multiple locations and they always taste the same, except from this one. Not going back, I'll make the drive up the street for the other location instead.

At this location it seems like employees ignore only orders, I came to pick up an online order and they did not have it ready I waited 20min inside and I couldn't get anything and then went through drive thru where I lasted 20 more minutes and I just let go of the order because they where not getting it done

Byanca likes to take your change and use it for her personal tips and doesn't like to put the actual amount on the receipt even at that gives it after she's caught also the manager doesn't really know what he's doing most definitely WORST EXPERIENCE now I know why I switched to dutch bros.

I ordered a strawberry matcha milkshake , something I saw on Instagram, and it did not look nothing like the picture, it was absolutely off putting and tasted sour, the strawberry berries whatever it was rotten! It would not mix with the terrible looking colored vomit colored looking milkshake, that's what I get for going 30 minutes before they close, this is the second time my orders have been messed up and Ive only been there three times and decided to change from Dunkin but I think I'll just go back and save a few dollars.

Made a mobile order & as I walked in I was kindly greeted by Linel (read her apron) She was so joyous. Although it was a busy time she was kind and attentive. Our interaction was brief but you can tell she loves what she does and puts her customers first. Kudos Linel for being amazing!
