I’ve given this location too many chances. My drink is constantly made wrong, and today was the last straw, literally. I asked for light ice and half of the cup was filled with ice. When I pointed it out, the barista offered to remake it only to dump out the ice and fill it with water, leaving my refresher completely watered down. It’s frustrating having to drive farther to another location just to get my money’s worth. After this happening repeatedly, I think I’ll save my money instead and stop going to this Starbucks location.

I’ve ordered here twice now, and unfortunately both times my order has been wrong. I have a dairy and soy allergy, so I always ask for oat milk and no caramel drizzle. The first time, my drink came with whipped cream even though I asked for it to be left off. When I mentioned it, the drink was taken back and the whipped cream was just scraped off, but there were still bits left on the drink. I asked if it could please be remade, and when it was, it came back made with whole milk instead of oat milk.
The second time, I specifically asked for no caramel drizzle, but my drink was still served with caramel drizzle.

The journey from Bassett Place demanded impressive agility and skill. Navigating the urban landscape presented a unique challenge for arrival. Despite the unexpected physical exertion, the destination offered exceptional service. Furthermore, the coffee provided was an absolutely delightful experience. Ultimately, the entire experience proved to be incredibly rewarding.

I'm writing this review to provide some constructive feedback on my recent visit. I noticed that this location had an LGBTQ+ flag on display. While I respect the right to show support for different communities, I was disappointed to see that the American flag was not also displayed. Given that the business is in the United States, I believe it is a matter of respect and responsibility to also display the U.S. flag, especially in a way that adheres to proper flag etiquette. I would suggest that management consider flying the U.S. flag alongside any other flags they choose to display. Thank you for your consideration

I ordered at the drive thru, they employee who took my order was laughing on the speaker and mocking me while I was ordering. Totally unprofessional. The drink did not taste well because they are just goofing around instead of working. Will no longer be going to this location and should get a refund for the bad service.

This is usually my go to starbucks but I was very disappointed today when I got my drink. I usually get a venti lavender oatmilk matcha with light ice and this is how I got it. I've never had issues with this store before, and if I do which is rare, I usually go back to have them make it again, but I wasn't able to this time.

This visit made my day! Jackie at the drive thru was so patient and nice not rude at all, i had a vision for a new recipe and they perfected it. Usually i never have issues with the drinks anyways but its the hospitality that gets me. At first when the i asked the lady at the window for the name of the person who took my order they all got on edge. Im not a karen, im a karinaaa( im mexican). Thank you girls yall are so sweet, fast and attentive!!! This is my new starbucks stop before work,ive had such bad experiences with other locations so i think i found the one!!🩵🩵🩵🩵

The assistant manager, Jackie was extremely rude. I asked her to make my iced matcha how Starbucks originally made it shaken. She proceeded to make it in the cold foam blender after I explained to her I am not a fan of how foamy it comes out. I said I understand if that’s the new standard but if she could make it one last time because I needed to get to work. I was about to work a 24 hour shift. She agreed one last time in the shaker. She handed me my drink and said “I made sure to make it in the cold foam blender and not shaken. I am the assistant manager, this is my store not yours.” I was so stunned from her attitude after we had just come to an agreement this would be the last time it’s made the original Starbucks way. I even paid for it thinking it would be shaken and not in a cold foam blender. I’m absolutely baffled.
