This used to be a good starbucks, but it has been slacking it lately. I asked for a grande cold matcha with no ice, and they gave me a grande lukewarm matcha and 3/4 filled. It's coming out of my pocket, not yours. Might as well give me a tall.

I will forever go to this Starbucks they were polite and my drink 10 stars another Starbucks location that was rude messed my order up and this location fixed it and made it right thank you so much

This used to be my absolute fav starbs to go to but they have for sure gone down hill. They charge insane prices just for the barista to constantly not make the drinks right . My food had been cold the last couple of times I have been as well.

There’s a big back with a nose piercing that’s always in a bad mood they should fire her never fell comfortable ordering here or even modifying and they always take years even just for a cake pop and chai tea

It’s convenient for me as I’m heading to work but when I order ahead of time and they still have my order wrong ,having to wait longer than what I’m suppose to isn’t so convenient anymore! Today is the 3rd time this month.

I recommend going to a different Starbucks.

Made an order at the drive through window and after the employee switched from the scanner to the card terminal and I used tap to pay without touching anything else, then saw that the price was almost double.

She then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault while seeming kind of rude.

Was nice enough to give me a refund and charge me again.

If I can I would give 0 starts. So I went to order my coffee with a friend from school, and the girl that was at the register it was a caucasian female with dark glasses was very rude, to top it off she told me they don’t carry Toffee nut syrup but with attitude. The next customer behind me was a Caucasian and she was very polite and gave her good customer service. When I try to make a complain I told this guy and he Caucasian too and he was making fun of me because the female was being very unprofessional and rude. After this incident, since they wanna be rude, racist, unprofessional and disrespectful I end up telling my friends/ family not to come to this place since they be rude and racist and go to a different one. So from now on I go to the one on dyer, north hills, on base and other ones where they are more professional, make me feel more welcome and don’t discriminate or be racist.

I was there Saturday 11/2/2024, 10:20 am.
I placed my order in drive thru as I do every Saturday morning for the same two items. As soon as I saw them I knew the were wrong, the stickers were wrong too. I got down to return them because we had already been in the drive thru forever, because the person in front of us returned their drinks. I stood there awhile before someone asked to help me. I proceeded to tell her the what was wrong with the drinks. There were too many things wrong to mention, but what pissed me off was that she started raising her voice at me, there was no need for that, she tried to blame me that I ordered them wrong ( the drink I have been getting for the past month)or that I was trying to get free foam on a drink that comes with foam, so since she refused to make me new drinks I was tired of waisting my time and getting yelled at, so I asked for a refund. Not even the employee giving the refund tried to fix the problem. The employees name is Natalie.
