I want to commend April because she is very professional always has a smile on her face. I come here often so I notice it. She very nice and is an absolute definition of customer service. Always being polite and good service . The whole team is good but April stands out for sure .

Very busy place, but the service was quite fast considering there were drive-thru, online, and in-store orders. Clean and comfy seating available. Holiday drinks are the best. 😊

It's the one location I go to the most usually in and out of the place but there is one of two workers that give me problems with being allowed to use the bathroom though usually nine times out of ten I'm able to make a pit stop and grab hot water to keep warm in the cold of the early morning hours.

I came before helping friends move into their house. Mine and my wife’s drink said ā€œsmile :)ā€ and our friends’ said ā€œsuferā€ which shows they don’t know how to spell but still kind of a messed up thing to put. With the reputation Starbucks has for supporting anti employee causes and political actions that are questionable, it’s upsetting to have an even lower opinion of this company.

LITTLE BIGGIFTS

If I had the time and all the ingredients I would do my own coffee but instead I pay about $9+ for a poorly made coffee or matcha at Starbucks. I have had problems with this location because they never follow the requests in the order. I try to go out of my way to purchase at other locations but sometimes i’m late and have to order in this location. If the request is a grande with extra ice on a venti cup it means that I want mostly ice on the cup even though I appreciate you thinking that giving me more drink will be best that is not what I want or is requested. In this drink there was not one ice cube. I did not drink the drink I wasted my time, your time and food. I am a people pleaser and hardly complain or ask for anything to not bother the workers because I know you are all busy but i’m tired of having to throw away so many drinks because the baristas here don’t follow the drink. I know my drink is not the easiest but I’m paying for it and thats what I want to drink. I hope you understand my complaint and improve.
