today, starbucks was PACKED. I understand there’s a lot of customers in the drive thru but workers need to realize there is people inside too that are waiting for 30-40 minutes for a drink. Not helpful at all and the drinks i got, they were horribly served seriously. Next time if you’re not gonna put effort into the drinks customers are ordering or paying attention to the customers don’t bother opening the store inside at all..?

Haven’t visited a Starbucks location in so long but im so glad i came in today. Service was amazing. The Barista who helped me, Alex was kind and helpful through every step of the way. He helped my friend and I decide which holiday drinks to get, will be coming back.

I have been here a couple times, i don't know how to order. I get a little nervous before thinking I'm going to annoy the employees with my million questions. Well lucky for me I have been helped by a young man named Alex. Answered my questions before i even asked them. Very patient and sweet, and extremely helpful with recommendations. Im happy when he's there because I'm always greeted with a smile and the greatest customer service ever.

Welp i came in to order a but i had urgent feeling to use the restroom first and wash my hands first.. I asked the overgrown kid Alex if it was okay.. Then he responded by telling me I needed to make a purchase first... 😂 So basically I walked out .. It offended me very much to know that humans treat other humans in such a manner.. Like a coffee or purchase just wasn't my priority before I relieved myself and wash my hands.. @Starbucks is this a form of racial profiling or what.. absolutely unacceptable.. and I will be reaching out to the higher-ups about this issue
