Not only does the lady pretend to be listening to you at the drive through while doing something clearly on camera, she still makes you repeat the order several times. Ignorance. I could’ve watched a movie while I waited for my damn coffee. What a joke.

I did a mobile order for 2 drinks and waited 20 minutes in store for the one out of my 2 to come out. I don’t mind waiting and know it can get busy but when I asked about it, the girl ignored me and never said if it was coming out. Then she handed it to be a little rude. It made me sad. Also I was late to work after all that

What can you really say about a coffee shop if you're looking to get coffee go to any coffee shop what keeps you going to that place is not the atmosphere but the way you're treated and the way you're greeted and the way the employees interact with you I found that in this particular shop to be lacking no eye contact no greetings people talking in the drive by window looking at you and not paying attention I would never go back to this place. Whether you spend $1 or a hundred dollars you would be glad to spend that money it was worth it I can go to 7-Eleven Speedway or Joe Blows coffee shop experiment money there if I was treated like a human being not a ghost.
Made my matcha wrong and had the attitude of a bop. Mid at best 😔

It is very rare when I give more than 3 stars to a Starbucks, since for the most part they are all the same, the structure, preparation, location, etc. changes. ☕️
But on this occasion the customer service was what made me return, there is a barista they called Jojo's, he has been very friendly, always with a smile and recommending different drinks🙏🏻
