Flew through El Paso a couple days ago. Stopped to get a drink noticed some fruit flys flying around the store. When I let one of the baristas know they said “it’s not that big of a deal”. I let them know “I was okay and to just cancel my order” they rolled their eyes at me and didn’t even apologize for the fruit flies clearly flying from their store.

Ryan/Steven was amazing. I placed an order and they didn’t have one of the ingredients. Idk if he could tell i was having a rough morning but he told me to wait a bit while he walked to the other location in a different concourse to get what was needed. That made my morning! He was so helpful and i appreciate his effort. Thank you!!!

Don't Starbucks but these people make the place. Lady recommended a drink, and the team delivered customer service.

I was there on 3 March 2025 (12pm). I ordered a venti iced caffe latte (in my thermos) I politely explained l had given them a thermos when they served it to me in a plastic cup.
The barista rolled his eyes, and poured it in my thermos. After walking away, l realized they had mistakenly put a shot of vanilla in the drink.
So l went back again, and politely asked them to remake the drink l ordered.
So they remade it. Without espresso. Deliberately. I just left, because the whole thing was upsetting and frustrating.
If l order $7 drink l expect to get what l paid for.
To the barista with the small pizza tat on his arm who deliberately made the drink incorrectly: you get what you give, bro. That neg. energy comes back around. And shame on you for deliberately cheating a paying customer because she annoyed you.

I tend to travel often and when I do , I always make sure to grab my Starbucks in this airport . Simple transaction hand my card over , grab my coffee and catch my flight .. But that will change , to my surprise when looking back at my receipt I could not believe what I saw and honestly someone needs to be held accountable. So where did my extra $36 charge come from ? I guess I can’t trust this location anymore….

The people currently working at this location are so nice and patient. I just saw them deal with a difficult customer in the best way.
Drinks were great too and came out at quickly.

Not what I usually expect at Starbucks. I wasn't greeted by the cashier, my order took a long time despite only one drink ahead of mine, and then they gave me the wrong drink. I think corporate needs to do a once over on this location.

The Barista's were extremely immature and rude. I watched an elderly (non Starbucks) man come up and ask if they had burgers, nobody wanted to talk to him. But he kept asking what was displayed on the menu, finally someone told him it was sausage, breakfast sandwich. After the man walked away, the baristas were laughing at him. I ordered a grilled cheese, asked for it to be cut in half, was told they couldn't. So I asked if they had Plastic ware with a knife, they gave me one so I could cut it myself. But after I walked away, they were talking shit about me asking to cut it. It was very unprofessional behavior on all of them. Even if one was a lead or manager, nobody was stepping up to stop the behavior.

Manager or the one in charge was super rude. He asked what my drink was as the barista helping me with the order was not sure. I thought he was talking to me so I replied and he placed his open hand in front of me basically for me to shut up and looked at his employee. Worse experience ever.
I told the lady with pink hair that my name was Alfredo and she wrote Jose. Very disrespectful
