Ordered drip coffee, it tasted like office coffee in a Styrofoam cup. You should be ashamed to serve this to people at your elevated prices.

Valerie took my order. Great customer service. She was genuine and seemed to be in a good/happy mood. As I waited for my coffee, a young lady with dark long hair was the opposite. I was the only one waiting. She walked by and placed the coffee on the counter. She never looked at me and just kept walking as she placed the coffee on the counter. I believe she literally mumbled. So I could make out was pumpkin. She sounded half asleep. I told Valerie that the others need to learn how to be polite in the morning. Valerie gets 5 stars!! Thanx Valerie!

This is for the El Paso airport in the B Gates. 3 just absolute rock stars: Rodolfo, James and Rick. They were just slammed with people and they handled everyone with a smile on their face and a great attitude. Everyone is just stressed out and they made it better. You could tell they were pros because despite the huge amount of people they weren’t frantic at all. They stayed focused and got it done.

The girls at the counter were rude. Drink took long and came out completely wrong. Ordered a Frappuccino and got a weird iced latte that I did not order (see picture). Girls were so rude I didn’t want to bother asking for them to remake it and wait another 15 mins. She didn’t even call out my name correctly and since the drink doesn’t look like what I ordered I didn’t even know it was mine for 5 mins. Disappointed I got a latte and not the frapp I ordered for $8.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience deserves one. I stopped by this Starbucks and the barista was visibly annoyed from the start. When I tried to pay with cash, they immediately sighed and said they had no change like it was somehow my fault. Then, when I asked for a receiptand didn't gave it to me no apology, no alternative, just an eye roll and attitude.

the stand was disgusting they wouldn’t wash the drink blender which had leftover residue on the bottom, the worker used his finger to stop the ice to pour into the cup, they didn’t have cinnamon which is okay but if i weren’t to ask they wouldn’t have been professional and told me about the inconvenience, overall the service was gross

Everyone was rude and really disrespectful. Asked more than three times about a missing order and the workers continuously ignored me.
Waited 20 minutes just for my order to be wrong this is crazy.

Rudy was absolutely amazing!!!!!!! He made my day!!!! He asked me if I just flew in and from where. I said I was on my way to Houston where people aren't like el paso. He was so sweet to me and I was going through a hard time and he really had great customer service and he cared. Just really really put shine in my day.

Rudy is amazing, i actually flew out 2 months ago but i remembered his customer service back when we talked. so when i came back today i saw him, i HAD to tell him he was amazing that day and he remembered me! this is exactly the kinda of man i would wish ran our country.

Got the Gouda bacon biscuit. Absolute Garbage. One piece of bacon under cooked and soggy. Whole this was nasty. I threw it away.

Flew through El Paso a couple days ago. Stopped to get a drink noticed some fruit flys flying around the store. When I let one of the baristas know they said “it’s not that big of a deal”. I let them know “I was okay and to just cancel my order” they rolled their eyes at me and didn’t even apologize for the fruit flies clearly flying from their store.
