Valerie took my order. Great customer service. She was genuine and seemed to be in a good/happy mood. As I waited for my coffee, a young lady with dark long hair was the opposite. I was the only one waiting. She walked by and placed the coffee on the counter. She never looked at me and just kept walking as she placed the coffee on the counter. I believe she literally mumbled. So I could make out was pumpkin. She sounded half asleep. I told Valerie that the others need to learn...
This is for the El Paso airport in the B Gates. 3 just absolute rock stars: Rodolfo, James and Rick. They were just slammed with people and they handled everyone with a smile on their face and a great attitude. Everyone is just stressed out and they made it better. You could tell they were pros because despite the huge amount of people they weren’t frantic at all. They stayed focused and got it done.
Rudy was absolutely amazing!!!!!!! He made my day!!!! He asked me if I just flew in and from where. I said I was on my way to Houston where people aren't like el paso. He was so sweet to me and I was going through a hard time and he really had great customer service and he cared. Just really really put shine in my day.
