We go to Starbucks a lot! Were there at the mall, my daughter was thirsty, we passed by Starbucks and I said let's go in and ask for a courtesy cup of water, the girl behind the counter refused to give it! She said we had to buy something! That it was their policy! Wow!!! It's water! For a thirsty human being! Unbelievable! Will never go back to Starbucks anywhere!

Thomas is the man… the only complaint I’ve ever had was my Pike Coffee being cold or cool because of the cream that’s added. Well for the first time ever , this young man, asked me and warmed the cream so my coffee stayed hot 🔥 the way it should be! He deserves a medal 🏅 for this! Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Thank you Thomas! You deserve a high five 🙌 for this!

I place an order for a drink at 453pm and here I am at 515 still waiting for my drink. I have seen 4 to 5 workers here and only one is doing drinks. The girl doing the drinks saw someone she knew who was waiting for his drink and handled him first before the other people who were already waiting on drinks. Update I finally got my drink at 525pm

Every single time I go into this location is a bad experience, the staff is rude and careless. They don’t monitor the food that being picked up, my items keep getting stolen or the order is made wrong. I’ve made a complaint to the customer service line and nothing, I’ve requested to get a call from their District Manager and no one ever called. Whoever the owner of this franchise is, needs to re-train everybody in that place. If I could give a zero star I would.

Michael has zero customer service skills, and was just rude! It was 7pm when we ordered two drinks, and we sat in the far back (where other people were already seated), to wait while our drinks were made, since the seats upfront were taken. Micheal immediately and very eloquently came over to tell my son and I that we couldn’t sit there because they were going to clean that area. But the other two groups were okay to sit it seemed because they weren’t told to move. It was all awkward and weird just like Micheal.

The true Starbucks experience. My family and I stopped in at this location recently. We've been to Starbucks all over the country and this was by far the best representation of the company we've encountered. The manager Matthew was one of the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever encountered. All the baristas were polite and engaged. The store was very clean and our drinks were made to perfection. 5 star experience.
The girls in there take way too much time chatting it up in front of everybody waiting, especially today with this one girl named Jen? with copper hair, two buns? She was talking to every employee whilst working on one order.

This Starbucks is notably busy, so I was expecting long wait times to get my coffee. However, the people working here don’t have their hair covered (hats, nets, etc) and are constantly touching their hair while doing drinks. Not sure how sanitary that is.
