This restaurant is extremely loud. Not a great place to concentrate. The tables were dirty. A staff member, kindly wipe down the table for me. The long table did not have any plug-ins to charge my laptop. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The staff is really really nice. I love the fact that they keep this starbucks clean. When I came in they were cleaning the tables and windows, and sweeping the floor. I like that I can feel confortable enough to, if I need to, leave my seat for a second and head to the restroom, knowing my stuff will be there when I come back. The staff always greets with a smile and I noticed they work as fast and efficiently as they can. I always customize my drinks and they always get it to perfection.

My strawberry acai has not been tasting the same. My drink is always watered-down. I have 2 go 2 specific ones so i can get my moneys worth. Very upseting.

unfortunately dirty this place. The windows seem that since they opened they have never been cleaned. the doors dirty floors with garbage when opening. a bad experience. The coffee is the same as everywhere, of good quality, but the place leaves a lot to say.

Don't know if this person will get to see this but stopped in today December 11 2022 and had the best experience from the girl taking my order not sure of her last name but to the destenie that's working there you are awesome dude. You definitely made my day better great customer service. Give that girl the biggest raise you can, she definitely deserves it!! Will be coming back there and I dont even typically drink coffee.

I went to the drive-through and I was being super chill and the lady got mad because I forgot to tell them to add espresso shot in my coffee yet there was hardly customers. Some of the employees were making ugly faces and seeing who I am. When I was slipping my Frappuccino I found a thin piece of foil paper in my mouth and hopefully I did not swallow any. I will never come to this location ever again. Employees need to change their attitude and need a heathy risk lessons to be aware of this happening.

baristas seem annoyed about everything and my drink took forever. i was being super nice to the barista and she didn’t even say hello back. had to basically ask for my drink because they never called it out.

A great experience starting with friendly staff at order speaker. Once at the window the lady was genuinely kind and wanted me to make sure the drink was fine. The drink I purchased was the toasted vanilla oatmeal shaken expresso. Overall a great experience and very reminiscent of my visits from 30 years ago when Starbucks was a great place with very friendly staff where you did not mind paying for the pricey coffee. I just wish in general all Starbucks got back to quality tasting hot drinks where you could taste the espresso. Ah, trip down memory lane! ☕
