Really enjoyed Starlite (recently merged Rulis restaurants) and especially the service. Our waitress (Emily I believe) and provided us with great recommendations. The birria flautas were delicious

I'm super happy to see Starlight and Sazon with Chef Rulis. Though the menu changed a little, all of my favorites are here. Everything is good, but the Pasta Chihuahua is my favorite. It's really a unique flavor that I can honestly say that I've never had anything close to elsewhere. I also like the blue cheeseburger and the chicken pesto pasta but I need to come back a few more times to try the whole new menu. This is definitely where I would take out of town visitors, when they want a flavor of El Paso but and enlightened version of border food.

Had a great night with my wife on New Years Eve here. The food was exceptional! And the service was nothing short of excellent. I look forward to our next visit.
I booked a private event at the Starlite and everything was great! The Starlite team took care of all our needs and made our event special. The place is very nice, the patio was very comfortable and accommodating for our group. The food and drinks were delicious! I highly recommend the Starlite for a special event or an everyday meal.

Our first time here and all I can say is WOW!!! When you walk in you see beautiful, modern, yet relaxed seating. We had Demetrius as our server and he was AMAZING!!!! He made me a cranberry iced tea that was delish! The food was phenomenal! My mom and I had a chicken sandwich and the sourdough bread was fresh and delicious! You have to try the fries with the truffle seasoning! My mom had a moscato and she said it’s the best she’s ever had! This is definitely a must try!!!

I’m in town for a bit—I’m stationed overseas and honestly this is the best food I’ve had in El Paso. Starlite has a vibe I didn’t expect. The inside feels warm and relaxed, kind of like a mix between a cozy living room and an artsy lounge. The chandeliers, soft lighting, couches, and all the little decor details make the place feel comfortable. It’s the type of spot where you can settle in and enjoy being there.
The patio is great too. It’s spacious with string lights and wooden beams, and it has that laid back atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while.
The food is what really sold me. The Southwest Clam Chowda was incredible. The wings were some of the best I’ve ever had and the teriyaki flavor is something that’s comparable to the grand finale of a fireworks show in my mouth. Their award winning burger definitely deserves its reputation. I’ve never had a burger like that before.
Even the drinks stood out. The iced tea tasted freshly made, and the lemonade tasted so fresh it was like the lemons were picked that morning.
Chia, the owner, is fantastic. Really friendly and clearly proud of what she’s created. You can tell she puts a lot of heart into her menu.
If you want great food with a great atmosphere, this is the spot. Best place I’ve been to in El Paso.

The atmosphere and aesthetics are definitely there. But the food is mediocre. I got the Cod Tacos and the representation was convincing but the SMELL omg. I understand living in El Paso we are far from the ocean but come on. The smell was so bad to the point where I’m convinced the cod was already spoiled and decomposing. First and last time there.

Chia W. Was so rude and kept saying “her time is worth $1000 per minute” and kept dismissing us as clients. She mentioned her time being valuable as if ours is not. Truly terrible on her end since she is upper management.

Astonishing menu with a good variety of food options. I had the chicken Milanese sandwich and ohh boy the sandwich was huge and not only delicious the bread was baked to perfection. The fries were absolutely perfect and crispy. Definitely recommend this place for linner (lunch/dinner) great job guys came in hungry and left super full.

Sunday brunch at Starlite Bistro was amazing! Michaela greeted us at the door and made us feel truly special right from the start. Our server, Matthew, was outstanding—super knowledgeable about the menu and helped us choose exactly what we were craving. I had the Housemade Mole Chilaquiles (the brunch special), and we shared the jicama tacos (a must-try!), deviled eggs, and a charcuterie board. The warm, inviting atmosphere paired with chill house music made it the perfect Sunday vibe. Starlite is officially our new favorite brunch spot!

The water was fantastic!! Could not tell you about anything else, wait staff passed our table over a dozen times, no one took a drink order, appatizer order, or anything else. Sat for about 15 20 minutes with no one coming by the table. This was a friday night at 7 pm. Food smelled good, would have love to tried it. To give you persective a family of 6 alittle bit after we were seated, were plaved thier entres finished thier meals and given to go boxes and check and no one ever came to our table for any order. I do not know if this place is one of those where you have to grab wait staff to place an order. But if you 3 hours for dinner and like being forgotten and ignored after being seated, than this is the place.
I took my family to try a new experience. The decor was very nice. My son had the Mac&cheese which he liked. One of my daughter's had the classic burger. She said it was okay and the frys were really good. My other daughter had the chicken pesto sandwich she liked it. I had the chicken wrapped in dough. I liked it but I think it could have been better with a gravy on top. The salad was disappointing it was just greens and parmashion cheese and dressing. So overall it was good but Piedmont Cafe which is next door is better.
