Ordered 3 items for $50 from here and the presentation and food over all was terrible. The $13 nachos looked like 711 nachos with some meat haphazardly thrown across the top. The burgers were not watch you expect for the price. They are small and look nothing like what they advertise. Also the garlic parmesan fries they charge 2.50 for are literally shoe string fries with a bit of parmesan on top and that's it. Save your money, got to Rockstar Burger instead.

Went this sunday to eat brunch with friends around 5 till 11. Doors said open at 11 so we waited a bit. Lights were on cars were parked in front. We waited a bit more because the doors were locked. We've never been here before and were eager to try it out. 11:30, called the establishment and no answer. We decided to go elsewhere. :(

I wouldn't recommend Steve O's if your ordering on uber eats. if they mess up the order they wont make it for it at all. you would have to pick the order yourself spend money on gas and your time. I asked if I can have a gift card and they denied me

Poor service. Our drinks were left empty, we ordered an appetizer that was not available and weren’t told about until we received our meals. Our meals took over an hour to get to us.... there was no apology and obviously the waitress didn’t care. Food was pretty average.

The service was good could of been a little better did wait a bit long for our burgers wasn’t that busy at that time. But the burgers were good can’t beat the price $5 Thursday at the Lee Trevino place.

Great restaurant! If you're in the mood for a good burger (or just in the mood for a great meal) Steve O's is the place to go. They have an awesome menu, great beer selection (both local brews and international) and the burgers are excellent. The service never disappoints and has a very good atmosphere. It's a smaller venue but non the less offers a good eating experience.

Great vibes and great beers on tap. Love their wings and fries, their wings/fries are some of the best I’ve had in El Paso.

Very disappointed with my experience today at the Lee Trevino location. I ordered a salad requested substitutions (or lack thereof due to removing ingredients like the nasty lemon balsamic vinaigrette due to my lifestyle and allergies) and added meat at an upcharge with which I would not have had a problem paying for. Restaurant was completely empty at the time so being busy was not an excuse but now I understand why it's so empty unlike their Zaragoza location (yes, go there instead). They attempted to cover the salad making it seem like it was prepared to my request but had placed the balsamic underneath the top part of the bowl. I returned it and let my server know and he was defensive, saying that he did tell the cook about my request. Some people (like myself) make requests to add or remove ingredients due to allergies. Allergic reactions can harm you or even cause death. He did not offer to make it again nor any other options. I don't have a problem paying 20 dollars for a salad, but as a restaurant if they charge for "premium" the food they serve better be that and to my expectations because I am paying for that. I'm all for supporting local and love this town but will not be returning to this location after the poor service and food quality. I rather support other local businesses that really care about their customers unlike this place. Wish I could rate it 0 stars.

It's a one time visit place kind. Food is just okay, the place is more like a bar, service was good and fast, i ordered hell paso and hawaiian burgers and chicken tenders for my daughter, she did'nt eat. Overpriced, even they had good promo on the burgers i think i payed a little too much for what i got they charge you for the refills and sauce that i think should be included with the tenders. No kids menu by the way.

Had the Sweet Pig burger and regular fries. Really good. I am going to try to get back there this week to try something else.

Things went wrong from the beginning of our visit until the end. Food was good, but overall experience was so bad that we won't be back. We arrived tonight and sat down, received menus about 5 minutes or so later and the waiter asks us what we'd like to drink and we let him know this is our first time so we ask about the "hoppy hour" advertised on the wall from 3pm-7pm. Nope, we are told that is not an option because happy hour is now 2pm-6pm, and he also tells us not to order the wine because although at least an eighth of their drink menu has plenty of wine options, they actually only offer one white wine and one red wine option and neither are very good and also that this location doesn't have Mac and cheese. He walks away so we can review the menu and I look at my phone to see that it is actually 5:56pm, so really we still had a few minutes to order happy hour beverages. But, the waiter didn't return until after 6, so, oh well. The waiter "memorizes" our order and we receive our drinks and food in a timely manner after that and the food is good. However, the waiter is often "checking on" tables by shouting half way across the restaurant. Even at the end of our visit, he shouts at us asking how everything is going and I ask for a small box but of course he can't hear me because he isn't standing at our table...he's shouting halfway from the bar table in the middle of the restaurant. I also overheard someone order a drink that's on the menu but actually no longer offered and I also heard the waiter shouting they're out of Tecate. During our meal, my husband and brother noticed they didn't ask how they'd like their burger cooked like you would expect from a restaurant like this. When we receive the check, there is "medium well" noted for both burgers on the receipt. I guess that must be the default cooking temp here. We got the Greek fries appetizer, three entrees (hell Paso burger, sweet pig burger, and mushroom tacos), and four alcohol beverages which came out to $90...which is super overpriced for the atmosphere, service, and food. Even if the food was good...definitely not worth it and won't be back. Would not recommend.
