Sent my hubby to go get some tacos, they took his order, and he waited there almost an hour to get his food. Not busy at all, it was empty. He sat there, and sat there. He is too nice so he wouldnt say anything, but I was getting worried since he hadnt come back. His phone died, I drove over to check and they STILL hadnt given him the food. So this is what happened from my hubby's perspective:
This all happened within the hour.
He went, ordered just two orders of tacos of 5 each.
They have a system where it updates when the orders came in.
Apparently according to the worker, once she took the order it never sent until about 40 mins later. So my overly nice husband just sat there, waiting. Finally an employee approached and noticed he has been sitting there an overly long time. Asked how long he had been waiting, and explained and saw what happened in their faulty ordering system. They apologized, kinda. No refund, no compensation for their faulty equipment. Just a 'sorry', and they told him it would by out in 6 mins. 20 MORE MINS GO BACK AND STILL NO FOOD. Now mind you his phone is DEAD.
I get worried so I call, and the worker who picked up the phone LIED to me over the phone. She confirmed he is still there, but said there were so many customers and thats why he has been waiting long. I get there, its empty as hell with only two tables filled, the other side of the place just my husband was sitting there. That poor man, you wasted my husbands time and mine. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care if you waste your time. No proper apology, or refund. Just wasting more of your time. Will never come here again.

The food was delicious. We had the birria tacos, asada tacos, and the pastor. The food was not too greasy, and the flavors were so good. The staff was also really friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Walked in today to order some birria taco for my daughter and after I place my order at the kiosk there was a lady with black glasses in the kitchen vaping she then did not wash her hand as started stirring a big pot of food..... my daughter loves these tacos but after seeing that I threw the food away and will no longer eat here 14.39 wasted.

Some family members from out of town came to visit and we irse ourselves steak tacos, birria tacos and aguas frescas and everything was so delicious. My family enjoyed the meal very much. The service was great, America the girl who took out order was friendly and attentive. Whenever I have birria tacos craving this is my to go place, highly recommend it.

Food is delicious customer service is very bad. You could stand at their service windows forever and never be acknowledged much less greeted. If you are going to work with the public please make sure you have good people skills.

The tacos are crispy and delicious the staff is very friendly and helpful. I totally understand the wait as the staff are all busy with the dozen orders that came in before us but it was totally worth it!

First off, they had a man with short hair and a medium length beard cooking without a hairnet or beard net…. I don’t think that’s allowed. Second, I Waited FOREVER for a DoorDash order that I was delivering to be given to me. You’re supposed to press ready when the DoorDash order is READY. Not when you just got the order in. Terrible business practices. WEAR A HAIRNET!!! It’s a safety hazard. I took a picture and may have to report this business for unsanitary practices…

I don’t understand why they take so long to have the food ready. It’s literally always dead when I’m there. It makes no sense. Cooks work really slow and you can just hear them goofing off.

Flavor is good; however they are super small portions for being so expensive and taking an extremely long time to get your food out to you. Just make some tacos at home instead.
