Decided to try something new tonight with my daughters. Overall experience for my first time wasn’t horrible. There wasn’t anyone directly taking orders so I attempted to order thru the kiosk which failed because the payment options weren’t working (unless I wasn’t doing it right). I approached the gentleman in the kitchen & told him it wasn’t allowing me to pay so he proceeded to take my order. Sat down. Played a board game with my girls (which I loved that they had displayed while you wait for your food). It didn’t take too long for him to bring out our food, it was hot & it was good UNTIL my daughter (who ordered the birria ramen) passed me her bowl because she was full & asked if I wanted the rest. WELL I’m there sipping the broth & then I feel what I thought was a bone until I spit it out onto my hand & it seemed to be some type of screw -a metal of some sort that I’m assuming either broke off one of their pots or something else in the kitchen. I respectfully showed it to the gentleman who served us & told him this was in my soup & all he said was “ oh I’m sorry about that “ & grabbed my plates & walked away. I was disappointed in his response & although I understand it might have not been his fault nor do I believe it was done on purpose he could have handled the situation differently. I didn’t take a picture beforehand because I assumed a different outcome. I debated even writing a review because I’m not that type of person. I’m not a “Karen” but on my way home I just pondered on the fact that my daughter could’ve choked or swallowed it. So because of that we will not be returning.

These tacos from Suburb21 were absolutely outstanding. Each bite was a perfect blend of fresh ingredients and bold flavor. The tortillas were warm and soft, holding together beautifully without overpowering the fillings. The meat was tender, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection, delivering rich flavor without being greasy.
Let me tell you, the lady working in night shift, on Tuesday November 4 2025, is the best worker they have best energy and man she makes us feel important and well serviced, will be coming back only when she’s here, loved her customer service!

This place is VERY deceiving when you first walk in; it seems to be extremely bright & clean. However, upon walking into the restroom there were tiny dead roaches all over the floors from the inside of the restroom, down the hallway to our table & around the other tables. This led us to the decision of asking for our money back & going somewhere else, but the lady behind the counter said that half of our food was already made & she'd have to call her Mgr. to see if she could give us a refund. Finally we got our refund & went elsewhere for dinner & the sad thing is that others were still purchasing food from them & it was being sold to them under those conditions.
