Very bad experience yesterday since I arrived with my husband with approximately 20 minutes left before closing and the girl was extremely rude, throwing everything and twisting our faces... in a whisper she called us stupid and when we got into the car she gave us the finger... how ugly that they hire people like that.

DONT GO THERE CAUSE U MIGHT GET AN ATTITUDE BACK FROM THE MANAGER .and Tour order won’t b correct —WAIT TIME IS LONG THRU DRIVE THRU MESSED UP BOTH SANDWICHES AND THEN LIED ABOUT IT BEING CORRECT NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE CANT TRUST WHO HANDLES THE FOOD .. and this was supposed to be the Italian bmt terrible

Employees were good and fast sandwiches had everything I needed except I asked for them to be toasted but I don’t think there toaster is working or that girl did it too fast that my subs were all cold and I had chicken so had to separate the chicken from my subs and heat them in my microwave.

Let me see you walk in order sandwich and before eat they ask you for a tip ??? For what doing their job! Then dine in there are no baskets to carry your food to table you have take to table the best as you can don’t give ya napkins you have to get them yourself and your drink but yet they want a tip ????? Then go to table to find out they are all dirty no one doing their jobs but yet they want a tip !!!!!!!

On September 21, 2023 my family and I stopped by this Subway before we headed out to Arizona. Everything was okay until we got to my daughter's kids meal, at this moment a rude worker named Jackie refused to sell me herbs and cheese bread in the kids meal, which is a little weird since that bread IS offered on the app for the kids menu. She strongly refused to sell it and talked back with a rude voice. It's sad that I can't get what I pay for, my daughter was sad the whole night after that since she loves herbs and cheese bread.This location just lost a customer due to rude employee's.
