Second time I come. Service is terrible. Not a hello or thank you. Both visits same employee seems to be in a bad mood. Attitude in the voice. One worker on her phone. Drive thru screen doesn't work for ordering no indication on it to drive up to window, once at the window press button. Won't return again. This was second chance given.

I'm removing stars because i ordered 2 protein bowls today and they where terrible the chicken was tiny bits of pieces like dirt and where was the vegetables I asked for omg same goes for my salad 4 leafs of spinach 2 cucumbers 3 tomatoes onions and bell peppers 1 or 2 pieces come guys. Get with the program and give us what we pay for not crap.

The drive-through microphone does not work. Perhaps the bell at the ordering window does not work either. We spent about 15 minutes outside at the drive-thru window and rang it multiple times. Although we saw people inside, nobody ever came to take our order.

My family and I had the worst experience for the first time at this branch in Horizon and North Loop, the manager of the branch was closed and only attended through the drive-thru. I ordered online. Just to pick up, I got off to pick up because I had a line of 6 cars, and I called him to tell him that I couldn't do that line, it lasted about 30 or more every time and I brought my children and he answered the phone and told me to get off and he told me I delivered through the window but how was I going to walk if the cars were stuck to the wall and window and apart from that I told him to look through the glass, I'm pregnant obviously it wasn't going to fit... when I went back to my car to make the line I told him that She canceled because I was in a hurry and she told me that I couldn't cancel at all because the manager was a very unpleasant person... we will not go to that branch again and what we ordered they prepared because if she were the owner of the place they did not prepare them as we ordered them in line was almost pure lettuce…

So the young lady that was working here on Monday night, March 18, decided she would just close early. There were multiple people here besides me (like 2 other cars) that were expecting the store to be open until 9:30 like its advertised on the door. This is unacceptable, she can't be closing a whole 30 minutes early just because she feels like it. Either do your job or stay at home jobless!

This subway worker should be ashamed. It was 20 minutes before closing time and she had already closed the doors. A lady was here before me and she said she was here since 9 and they told her they were closed. This lazy LAZY worker needs to be fired if she thinks its okay to close early just so she can leave early. The audacity of her to just smile and dismiss me... Despicable.
