Worst service ever, the older woman that works there had a terrible and rude attitude, she yelled at me to pick a type bread 3 times when i was ordering a chicken salad wrap, I dont know if she was being racist or she didn’t know their menu.

I’ll start with the good - employee super friendly. All the veggies looked fresh and not like they’ve been sitting there for 10 hours.

Couple infront of me had their subs PACKED with veggies, with no extra request needed to add more on. When I order my sub she goes to place veggies and acted like they were coming out of her paycheck piece by piece. Barely one per bite. When asked for more, since there was MAYBE countable 10 black olives and 5 banana peppers , she looked at me as if I was asking for her paycheck as well. Then proceeds to add 3 - yes 3 extra black olives and 3 banana peppers. The fact I can count how many were put in so easily is sad. You don’t charge extra for veggies. So when asked for more this should not be an issue or treatment

Got wrong order! I had bought it the night before so I could have something to eat for lunch next day, drove all the way back early around 9 to be able to make it for work since no one answer the phone when I called, was help by Lily I had asked if she could replace it and offer a meal instead for the inconvenience which she said yes, they had no wheat bread so had to choose white , I asked to see if she could put avocado which she said it will be extra.. I was like seriously?? 😔 I drove all the way back to not get what I want again..
didn’t even get the meal since she changed her mind, when I asked for corporate number since no one answers their store she said ā€œit’s onlineā€ which by the way none of the numbers work! . I Left with a bad taste.. definitely never coming back !

My friend and I ordered 2 sandwiches and the lady there didn't let us customize our sandwiches. My friend asked for extra onions and the lady refused because she said we need to stick to the allowed portions even though my friend said that she would pay extra for them. Overall it was a horrible experience and we left hungry, upset, and wasted our time.
