They mixed up the bread on the three sandwiches I ordered, but it’s almost like they knew what they were doing. It changed my calorie count, but it made my sandwich even better

Update: after contacting corporate via the subway website and describing this experience, I was given a full refund. I raised my rating by one star because corporate did the right thing.The reason I am giving this only 1 star is because I found black mold on my ice after consuming a soda today. I wish I had noticed before I ate so I could have returned everything and received a full refund. The worker I spoke to told me their boss would offer me a refund on the soda. After I consumed mold from their soda, a full refund should have been offered. The service and atmosphere are exactly what you expect from a subway. The only real issues I had were the mold and the disappointing customer service displayed by the "boss." These brought down the service and atmosphere scores accordingly.

The worst!! First time I came they literally forgot to put some ingredients on my sandwich. Second time here and there was only 1 car in the drive thru in front of me, took 15 minutes for them to finish with him, then they had me at the window for another whole 15 minutes without saying anything to me. Worst service ever.
