Meatball sub!!!! Very satisfying!

From the moment you walk in they take F O R E V E R to serve you. We were patient but the moment the lady there tried to stuff 3 foot long sandwiches I should’ve know she didn’t know what she was doing. We said ok let’s keep positive. Nope, one of the breads had burnt end.. and once we got to the toppings she didn’t listen to what we wanted or didn’t want. Had to keep correcting her. Lastly we ended up just leaving because she literally told me, “If you want you don’t have to eat it!” When I asked for teriyaki sauce and she tried convincing me that sweet onion was in fact teriyaki. After that we noped out of there. Everything from the service to the facility was atrocious. The women’s bathroom was out of service and the men’s bathroom didn’t even have a working light. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME HERE.

It was 7:15 pm hours are posted closed at 8 pm. The lady told me she couldnt serve me anymore because they are closed. Thwn she said we don't even have cold cuts anymore. (What I asked for) .

I went to buy some sandwiches & was going to use a coupon which it never fails they come with some excuse that they are not able to honor!!! The female in charge or if she was a mngr(wasn't even wearing a name tag) was quite rude & not only w/my sister & I, but another male customer that was there before we were.
I don't like going to Subways for the same reason!!
I always try giving the benefit of the doubt to these Subways, but then again that's why only go at the most once a year.
Oh plus the ceiling was leaking right over the line you form to give the add ons...sorry, I always give good ratings, but no more for Subway!! I give up on SUBWAY!!

How disappointing to get on TikTok to see the discrimination about a employee not taking an order because customers can't speak English but employees did speak Spanish she just created issues where none was needed Do better subway
Don’t even walk in if you can’t speak English or else they’ll flat out refuse service. A female employee there refused service for a woman speaking Spanish yet has the AUDACITY to argue with her in SPANISH. Even flipped her middle finger at the customer. Absolutely disgusting service

Based on a TikTok video I watched, it seems that an employee named Christine was telling someone they “need to speak English.” For me, this is extremely disappointing and feels like horrible customer service. especially considering that we live in El Paso, a border city where many of us speak Spanish. This is a diverse community, and employees should be respectful of that. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, no matter what language they speak.

My girlfriend and I decided to stop by for a meal after work today only to find the doors locked AT 5pm in the afternoon! What restaurant closes at that time? I read the piece of paper they put on the door and they have a made up schedule where they open from 9am-8pm! What a joke! After this we encountered and a female employee throwing trash away so my girlfriend went up to her to kindly ask if the restaurant was closed and her response was one of a kind!!! “Well obviously if the doors are locked that means it’s closed right? Or am I wrong?”. What type of employee responds to customers that way? This place is pathetic and only resembles the bad management they must have. Seems to me they can’t keep employees so that’s why they close so early and why this place has so much bad reviews!!! I’ll never visit this place again nor should any of you all if you want to save yourself poor treatment from that certain employee.

Went at 5pm on a Friday and the doors were locked. I saw a worker out back and went up to ask if they were closed. The lady was very rude and gave me attitude for no reason rolling her eyes saying it was closed. Upon reading the reviews I realized a lot of people have had problems with this same lady “Christine”. I have never met such a rude person and especially not as a customer. Horrible experience.

Went here today and it was closed at 8:00 even though it says it's open till 10
Disappointed.. simple tuna sandwich. Bread was old and dry. $ 7.00 for just a sandwich that was not worth the 7.00. I understand inflation but serve something good to justify the price hike.
