Disappointed.. simple tuna sandwich. Bread was old and dry. $ 7.00 for just a sandwich that was not worth the 7.00. I understand inflation but serve something good to justify the price hike.

This location is horrible....I was mistreated by an employee about my age...the rest are really nice. Also. The restaurant has no air conditioning at all. I feel bad or the employees there having to work in a hot restaurant. They were told the owner has to remodel the restaurant in order for them to have air conditioning....thats Crezy!! It must be hard to keep the vegetables that are out cold also...they are also closed on the weekends...this restaurant has been a problem ever since it got to our neighborhood with service and food. It's not the good employees fault. It is the owners lack of care for their employees and restaurant.

Be careful when ordering out for this place I just placed an order and I only got half of my sandwich it's hella unexeptable this isn't the first time this has happened to me and it honestly kinda sucks why am I gonna pay for food and for it to basically be a scam only giving me half of a footlong

I literally met the human representation of a sloth đŸŠ„ he was putting the olives one by one so my sandwich had 5 of them and it took him like a whole 10 minutes to put those five. Filthy gloves, by far the worst experience of my life. I'll never go back there again. To top it off the restroom was not working, the coke machines weren't working either, had no napkins and it was just our family there. Horrible service, whoever is running this place is a joke. If I could give a rating it would be a negative -10.

Wow. This was hands down the craziest experience. MANAGEMENT FIX YOUR EMPLOYEES. THIS IS EMBARRASSING. My wife put an online order which we had to wait nearly AN HOUR for. Finally after getting the sandwich it was the smallest piece of bread available apparently with barely any meat. I was frustrated waiting at this point and upset that my wife didn’t get a proper portion so I went inside to try and get more meat at the very least. The woman working refused to even look at the sandwich and said it doesn’t matter that there’s portion sizes. At this point I was really frustrated and asked for a refund and said I would wait until she was done and then she proceeded to call the police. Horrible workers. Horrible experience. You’re literally making sandwiches. It’s not hard to find capable and competent people to make this work.

THIS LADY “CHRISTINE” CALLED THE COPS ON ME FOR WANTING A REFUND. Horrible service, I walked in asking for my online order that was placed 30 minutes prior and got asked by the employee to sit down and wait. I waited over 30 min for my online order. The sandwich was wrong and then she called the cops saying I was being aggressive. There were 2 people there as witnesses to everything that ended up leaving over that nonsense because she stopped working to call the police. Ridiculous. I really hope this gets addressed. Is this really how subway treats their customers??

The place is very very hot inside. The ac hasn’t been working for months or the soda machine. You Can’t even go inside to eat it’s so hot. The thermostat showed 97 degrees inside . Worried that’s going to affect the veggies so stopped coming to this location. This is the closest to my home it unfortunate the owners dont fix this problem leaving the employees to work in such horrible conditions.

After all these horrible reviews I still don’t understand why management doesn’t step up to fix any problems, this is by far the worst subway in town, something is always messed up and they never get the orders right, i literally walk them through my order step by step and somehow they manage to mess it up. I simply wanted my money back to just walk away but I see yall really need them $8 .

Every time I come to this store something is always broken now the restroom was out of order and the Coke machine again out of order and boy it was hot in there no AC I don’t understand what going on with this store . If it’s management or just the company itself not looking after there customers .
