Poor customer service and they don’t know what they’re doing. Unfortunately, I have to go out of my way to another location because this one is so bad.

ordered 2 FL online & both were made incorrectly. We got there a bit early so we waited in the car to give them time. After 15 min passed i got down and it was passed the time the app said it would be done and they didn’t even start it. I get stuff happens and you get slammed and i was even okay with waiting after they said they didn’t start it yet but to have both of them be wrong is crazy lol. The description is on the screen for a reason. I called 5-7 times after getting home and noticing both were wrong and NOBODY answered at all. 7-18-2025 @ 510pm

This location consistently messes up my order. Unless you go inside and supervise them like an adult they just do whatever they want. Severe rehiring needs to be implemented

The worst subway I have ever visited. The workers that I encountered were the most unprofessional people I have met in the service industry. Subway just lost it's way and because of this experience I'd be sure to avoid them.
We went on 7/3/24 and got food and order cookies got charged for them but they weren't in the bag with my food,tried calling several times but no one answers

Drive-thru wait time is really bad. For two sandwiches i waited for 25 minutes. Drive-thru should not be an option at this location they attended about five people in-store before they got to me and another customer. Four out of the last five times have taken very long to get my food. Will not be going back.

Today was the second time I left the George Dieter location without any food because it takes FOREVER for someone to take your order at the drive-thru. Arby's has great "Market Fresh" sandwiches a little further down the street, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe is in the other direction. Don't waste your time here.
