I went and the door was locked we looked in the windows no sighn of closing, the guys who were working were just standing there duing wierd sighns so we just left they never open the door so we didnt know why they had closed the door.

I previously gave this place a good review but I just had the worst interaction with an employee today, Friday January 17, at 1030 am. She had a mask on and just started being rude right off the bat. I didnât do anything to provoke this response. I had an online order forgot my drink and returned to the store to retrieve it. I told her that I forgot my drink but she must have thought I said âYOUâ forgot my drink because she proceeded to reply with attitude. I like this location because I never had an issue before and itâs close to my house, but I wonât be returning again. Thank you to all the other employees who donât act like that one employee does. To the manager, you might want to consider sitting down and having a talk with this lady. Have a great year đ

"I recently visited Subway and had to wait almost twenty minutes just to get my order. The place wasnât even that busy, so Iâm not sure what the holdup was. The staff seemed a bit disorganized, which added to the delay. By the time I got my sandwich, it wasnât even warm anymore. I usually like Subway, but this experience was pretty disappointing. They really need to work on their service speed. Carlos needs to work on his customer service skill and empathy.

I was looking forward to trying this Subway location, but my first visit was disappointing. The service I received from a female staff member was unfriendly and rude. I hope this can be addressed to improve customer experiences.
I don't know why that they don't take the coupons as stated on the bogo. The coupon does state any specific sandwiches are excluded, yet they don't allow you to get certain sandwiches at the store.
The SUBWAY THAT IS AT 8899 ALAMEDA is always closed in the afternoons.. they have learned the OPEN announcement... but it is really closed!

When I ordered my sandwich online, I specifically said I want it soft bread, not crusty and when I got home, the bread was as hard as a rock. I took a picture so you can see how ugly that sandwich was. I called and the gentleman who he gave me the name of Carlos that worked on Tuesday at 450pm Said there was nothing wrong with the sandwich and that you couldnât refund me exchange it or help me with anything and I asked for the managers name and he said it was Lupe but he doesnât know the last name poor service poor for quality. Disappointed
