I went and the door was locked we looked in the windows no sighn of closing, the guys who were working were just standing there duing wierd sighns so we just left they never open the door so we didnt know why they had closed the door.

I previously gave this place a good review but I just had the worst interaction with an employee today, Friday January 17, at 1030 am. She had a mask on and just started being rude right off the bat. I didn’t do anything to provoke this response. I had an online order forgot my drink and returned to the store to retrieve it. I told her that I forgot my drink but she must have thought I said “YOU” forgot my drink because she proceeded to reply with attitude. I like this location because I never had an issue before and it’s close to my house, but I won’t be returning again. Thank you to all the other employees who don’t act like that one employee does. To the manager, you might want to consider sitting down and having a talk with this lady. Have a great year 👍

"I recently visited Subway and had to wait almost twenty minutes just to get my order. The place wasn’t even that busy, so I’m not sure what the holdup was. The staff seemed a bit disorganized, which added to the delay. By the time I got my sandwich, it wasn’t even warm anymore. I usually like Subway, but this experience was pretty disappointing. They really need to work on their service speed. Carlos needs to work on his customer service skill and empathy.

I don't know why that they don't take the coupons as stated on the bogo. The coupon does state any specific sandwiches are excluded, yet they don't allow you to get certain sandwiches at the store.
