Best Subway in El Paso. The workers are so friendly and nice. Also the guy wearing glasses and makeup is so nice and kinda cute. My sandwich was pristine. Never miss an opportunity to come to this subway.

What is going on el paso? Came to visit my home town for the holidays, after a long day of running errands stop by for a quick meal our sándwich was not that great , but the soup!! Super bad it tasted like rotten cheese , super cold i wanted to throw up asked for a refund (male employee) said they couldn’t do anything for us and laughed at me and my wife my blood boiled ! wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I got there at 9:51 pm, the location was already closed. Hours of operation clearly says open until 10:00 pm. There were a couple of young girls inside, I waved my hands repeatedly and knock the door, both ignored me. Finally a mean girl named Amber came to the door, I almost begged her for service, with a bad attitude she said they are allowed to close 10 minutes earlier because she cannot make my sandwich in 5 minutes. Bad attitude, no customer service, worst subway location in El Paso

I always enjoy the sandwiches from here but every time I order online or to pick up they always mess up my order. This time they did not include my chip that I paid for and they said there was no way for them to refund me the chips even tho he had them in his hand. Kind of ridiculous. Guess I’ll just be going to jimmy johns or firehouse because I’m tired of never getting the right thing.

Came tonight to get a 6inch sandwich thru drive thru. This young girl with glasses that works there is rude. She didn’t even say hi and her tone of voice was rude. Is was as if she was bothered I was there. She has no customer service and I suggest to get another job. One that she likes. She sucks.
