I don't understand this business. I been to this restaurant more than once during normal business hours and for some unknown reason, it is closed. No sign left upfront to inform customers about their closure.
Maybe employees don't want to work and instead opt to hide in the back?

This place ALWAYS closes 2 or even 3 hours earlier than the time listed on Google. They never stick to their posted hours. The worst part is that they have all the lights on and the “Open” sign lit up, but the doors are locked. I live nearby, so I go often, and this happens EVERY single time.

Went around 5:30 to pick up my two foot long subs took 30-45 minutes to make my sandwich. Not the fault of the lady working there, there should be another person on the job working as well. Too much orders for one person.

When it comes to subway I've never dealt with such rudeness nor seen such a lazy manager "Darian" will have you wait for 5 to 10 minutes before getting to your order and when he actually does he makes it noticeable that he doesn't want to be working or even help customers. I have walked out bc of having to deal with him. Who ever is in charge of hiring managers you may want to rethink about this one.

The lettuce was already very soggy and they didn't cut the ham into pieces or anything, whole pieces like you would eat with a very large piece, it's fine for a sandwich but not for a salad.

We used to avoid this location even though we work a block away. The staff that used to work here were horrible. However that changed with the new staff we love this location. Especially the guy who is there most of the time unfortunately i don’t know his name. Food is always fresh, perfectly made, clean location, super friendly!
