Went in today and the lady workers were making remarks of what I wanted and gave me and my girl ugly looks and no not the typical repeat of the order they made seem like they didn’t want to make our food or deal with us when we didn’t do nothing but be calm and order

I order a simple turkey sandwich and I got a turkey sandwich with hair on it very disgusting because I almost ate the hair in the sub or/and probably did ate a bit of hair in what I did eat.
I went again to get a sub and the staff is very rude they think you have to get your sub as they feel like it very rude staff if I had a nearby subway other than this location I would definitely give it a try instead of using this location

Showed up about 20 minutes before closing. Not gonna lie I felt bad for the two people working there. However they were the friendliest of people. Good attitude and fast accurate service with a smile. Awesome job to him and her...should have gotten names....but outstanding customer service.

I don’t get it you order double chicken and you get the regular size version and then you place notes in the pizza sub for no marinara sauce because they don’t have a style pizza sub without it and they still put it. So sad I have step away from subway my sub does not look like double chicken the last one I got was packed in. Which one is right? Disappointed

I didn’t catch his name, but the young gentleman worker at this location around 7 PM today gave the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. He was super friendly and helpful, and what really stood out was how kindly he treated my mom. She usually gets shy and has me order for her because she thinks no one speaks Spanish — but he gently let her know that he spoke Spanish too, and it completely made her feel comfortable.
He also took the extra step to label our sandwiches with a sticker and let me know so we could tell them apart. Just an overall amazing experience — thank you for making our visit so pleasant. Subway needs more employees like him!

After spending $33. Bread felt stale. Vegetables didn’t seem very fresh and was limited on drink options
I arrived at 9:35 and noticed that many of the condiments (sauce, cheese) were already sold out. It seemed like the staff didn’t want to restock them. One of the workers mentioned she *thinks* the dine-in area closes at 9:30, but it felt more like they just wanted to leave early.
