Their new Subway Series sandwiches are so good, two thumbs up. They really needed that upgraded change to the menu. I guess everyone loves the footlong desserts because they sell out fast. I'm gonna try and get some soon, I'm trying to see the hype is all about it. I like cookies. I've been twice since they came out, but they were sold out. The Monster is a very good cheese steak sandwich.

Really Terrible Customer Service table where we sat was really dirty as well as the high chair where our baby had to sit .Dallas not only interrupted our dinner by shouting at us across the lobby to give us a 5 min warning to leave the restaurant exactly at 10 he very rudely turned the lights out to continue forcing us to leave!

Ordered three sandwiches through the drive through. ALL THREE SANDWICHES were made incorrectly. Not one. Not two. But All three. No cheese. Incorrect vegetables. Not toasted as ordered. It seems as if they forgot what the order was so they just winged it. Worse part is this is not the first time. It's even worse trying to get a sandwich inside. Staff looks like they hate their job and take it out on customers. What an embarrassment of a food establishment. At this point one would be better off having a Lunchables.

I tried going through the drive thru to order food and there was a sign that I had to get down because they were short staffed, which is totally fine and understandable. I parked at 9:45 to go inside and they saw that so they turned off the lights. Your hours of operation says you close at 10:30 I don’t understand why they’re closing at 9:45… they could’ve not been rude and just told me they’re out of ingredients or that they don’t feel like working. It would have been less rude.

They don’t take Apple Pay at Drive-thru, they don’t take card payments at drive thru. What’s the drive thru for just cash ???? Who has cash ?????
NO PAYMENTS OVER THE DRIVE-thru window. They gonna make u get out the car IN THE 200° weather to come inside to pay anyway. What’s the point of ordering at the drive thru. Don’t waste your time drive the street there’s two another two where they take all source of regular payments.

They can’t take payments over the drive-thru window plus the girl in the afternoon is rude. Pick a struggle. Everytime the girl is there she makes the sandwich all sloppy, plus her attitude. Oh yeah but they want a tip over a take out order.

The service at this location is terrible. Rude employees, long waiting at the drive thru. And when I say I have a coupon, the employee will snicker or pretended or to hear me. It’s the only subway near me but it’s cold so I’ll drive 6 miles away for better service.
