We just left this Subway on Lee Trevino, we received bad customer service. Sandwich artists are employed by Subway to serve at the pleasure of our customers. As we're in line getting ready to order the girl working right now doesn't even look up to start taking our order. We asked if we could get the lettuce far from the avocado due to a severe Avocado allergy. Any hint of avocado in our food can cause a SEVERE allergic reaction and have to be hospitalized immediately before airways completely shut closed. We were told yes about getting the lettuce far from the avo but she ended up getting the lettuce right next the avocado anyway. When called to her attention she throws the same lettuce already in the protein bowl back on the line and chucks the protein bowl in the garbage making faces the entire time, extremely bothered that she got called out on her mistake for not paying attention. Shes also making faces to her coworker complaining about the customer right in front of the customer! This type of behavior not only costs havoc between regular customers to this Lee Trevino subway but it's also costing the owner more money by this employee chucking a perfectly good bowl in the garbage. We've been regular customers of this Lee Trevino subway for decades. We won't be deterred by coming back but when we do we can surely do without anger and hostility over a medical condition that we have to be extremely careful for.

The subway location on Lee Trevino is currently infested with fruit flies. They are all over the food and the glass divider some dead and alive . People are flailing their arms in the air . I asked the staff if they were aware of the issue, and they said yes, but ultimately it’s management who has to come and handle this problem. This issue makes this location look unsanitary and makes you not want to eat here .

Will never order online again. Never! Tried it for the 1st Time and my experience was horrendous.
Paid for 50% more protein, didn't seem like I got what I paid for. The bread was hard on the edges.
Didn't have product I ordered online, asked me to choose something else, if I wanted something else I would have ordered something else. I was also given product that I didn't order. Wasted my time going back to the restaurant. Had to, principle.

I ordered a footlong and a six-inch, both meatball subs, on the Subway app and twenty minutes later, the order was ready for pickup. However, when I went to pick up my order, and waited the extra five minutes for the right pick up time, the workers stated they couldn't make my sandwiches. Something they could've let me know either through the app or while I waited for my order. I consistently get bad service from this Subway and may not even return again. So disappointed.

Today was the worst experience I’ve had, honestly, EVER‼️
Okay, so I ordered 2 footlongs on the Subway app. One footlong was “Artisan Italian Bread” and the other was “Hearty Multigrain Bread” My footlong was the Artisan Italian Bread one … Well, after the 15-minute drive home, I realized they accidentally used the Hearty Multigrain Bread on my sandwich… and the Artisan Italian Bread on the other sandwich … So, I got my footlong and drove 15 minutes all the way back to Subway so they could FIX IT … I didn’t have a problem with it, people make mistakes.
Well, here’s the most DISTURBING PART:
When I got there … I kindly told the fellow worker … whose name was Joseph … that they gave me the wrong bread, so he could re-correct it … Instead of correcting it, he asked me for the receipt … (Note: he was the same person who gave me the sandwiches just about 30 minutes earlier when I picked them up) … Anyway, I showed him the receipt on the mobile app on my phone, and he looked at it quickly and just said, “Nope, that’s how you made it when ordering. Sorry sir, but I won’t be able to do anything.”
Then I carefully showed him that it said “Artisan Italian Bread” on my footlong, the one with no veggies … and he finally realized he had messed up … So he started taking out the correct bread (Artisan Italian Bread) and began cutting it to remake it …. WELL THEN, out of nowhere, he put the bread he had just cut back in the bread pantry, grabbed the Hearty Multigrain Bread again, and unexpectedly told me:
“Sorry sir, but I’m gonna have to remake it with the Hearty Multigrain Bread, ’cause that’s how you ordered it.”
I COULDN’T BELIEVE WHAT I WAS HEARING!!!
Then this time he showed me a printed paper receipt that supposedly said I ordered Hearty Multigrain Bread … So I looked at that receipt which he must’ve just printed out, and even on that paper receipt, it said Artisan Italian Bread for the footlong with no veggies. At that point, he stood quiet, put the Hearty Multigrain Bread back, got the Artisan Italian Bread he was originally using, and continued making my sandwich kinda laughing on the inside … I really don’t know what his problem was … He finally finished making my sandwich the correct way, although he made it all messy and looked like he made it with an attitude … So after all that nightmare, I had to go through, I finally drove 15 minutes again back home… And when I was finishing up my footlong, I found a piece of smashed black olive inside my sandwich … I was just stunned … It wasn’t just about the bread mix-up … it was the gaslighting, the attitude, and the unprofessionalism … Subway really has a bunch of issues … I can’t believe this!!!

Love love LOVE going through the drive through. The girl they've been having on the drive through is super approachable and super friendly. 👌. I never used to like the drive through before, and now im a everyday customer.🙌 super fast and accurate service. I believe her name is Julia if I remember correctly. She deserves a raise.

i’m not sure why, but for the last four or five months every time I order my sandwich they drench it with mayonnaise and mustard. It’s like they did it on purpose once again picked up an order and it was full of mayonnaise and mustard likely do it on purpose. It’s ridiculous and childish
