Employee was incredibly rude, zero customer service. The experience was overall disgusting, can’t believe people like himself get hired to be in the front serving others. The food wasn’t warmed up appropriately, didn’t even have enough ingredients and shook his head no for the things being asked for, the entire thing was disappointing. He didn’t have a name tag on him but wore squared glasses, was short and had black hair.

I did a mobile order to just come in and pick up my order just to get here 10 minutes later after it told me it was “ready” just for the employee to tell me they don’t have what I ordered . No apology no nothing I ordered on app in advance to come in and out worst subway I’ve ordered from left at 4:55 with another sandwich when it was ready in all at 4:40”

I was never even able to get my meal . Sat at the window for almost 10 min and no one ever came to take my order.
Always good customer service love having a fresh sandwich from time to time subway always hits the spot thank you

I tried to order through the app to get the BOGO deal. The app was not working. I turned off my phone and turned it on again to re-order and still my payment was not going through. I have tried different cards just to make sure it wasn’t my card. I let the employees know that my order was not going through and that I was trying to get the BOGO deal. They apologized and said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could honor the BOGO and I could pay there and they said there was no way for them to enter it into the system.Maybe they didn’t know how to enter it into the system but I find it very hard to believe that there isn’t a way to put it in the system unless Subway has changed it. I used to work for subway and we had a way to add the BOGO in the system with no problem.I am frustrated because it is not my fault that the app isn’t working and on top of that, the employees are not able to help us either.
They should add a little more to each portion.
