Everyone in that location either gets my order wrong EVERY TIME ! They are always short staff and dont even bother going into the drive thru they take their sweet time also I always order the same thing and for what ever reason they always charge me different amounts. Dont waist your time here.

Ordered online, in person pickup. Unfriendly staff. One of them said my drink and chips weren't available and rudely pointed towards the chip stand and handed me a soda cup. Zero customer service skills. Also, napkin dispensers don't have napkins. Why? --Dining in was a major mistake, get it to go!

Here what happened to me I placed a order on uber for a foot long ham (which seems to be always out) driver calls me and says item not available tells the driver to tell if I want to change it for something else I said ok grilled chicken employee tells driver he can’t change only exchange for cold cut or meat ball which I don’t want . Driver puts me in contact with employee to explain to me why he can’t because it’s more expensive well I said you should’ve canceled it from the get go . Keep in mind as a store manager I know how this works we have tablets to mark something out of stock or cancel order. Either owner does not give his employee authority to make decisions on his own or it’s just poorly manage or own . Not too mention no manager on duty . It’s a shame how poorly business are run

Employee was incredibly rude, zero customer service. The experience was overall disgusting, can’t believe people like himself get hired to be in the front serving others. The food wasn’t warmed up appropriately, didn’t even have enough ingredients and shook his head no for the things being asked for, the entire thing was disappointing. He didn’t have a name tag on him but wore squared glasses, was short and had black hair.
