I tried to order through the app to get the BOGO deal. The app was not working. I turned off my phone and turned it on again to re-order and still my payment was not going through. I have tried different cards just to make sure it wasn’t my card. I let the employees know that my order was not going through and that I was trying to get the BOGO deal. They apologized and said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could honor the BOGO and I could pay there and they said there was no way for them to enter it into the system.Maybe they didn’t know how to enter it into the system but I find it very hard to believe that there isn’t a way to put it in the system unless Subway has changed it. I used to work for subway and we had a way to add the BOGO in the system with no problem.I am frustrated because it is not my fault that the app isn’t working and on top of that, the employees are not able to help us either.

Second time we order online and they call us back to tell us they don't have bread, or they don't have turkey, or cold cuts, etc. Wait for a refund and have to call another store to see if they have anything to make sandwiches!After 6, might as well go somewhere else.Avoid this location

Picked up 2 foot longs ..1 steak & cheese and 1 tuna...not only did they look more like veggie sandwiches because they hardly put any meat product in them but they were so soggy they literally fell apart when trying to bite into them..what a waste of money..never again

As soon as we entered we noticed that the floor was very dirty. There was a piece of tomato on the floor and used napkins. The two young employees seemed totally lost. They only had italian herbs and cheese bread. They said they had ran out of the other choices of bread. It was a to-go order and the young lady still asks me if I want my sandwiches in a bag. They didn't have napkins either. A poor representation of Subway.

she took her sweet time in my making my sandwich as if she couldn’t do two things at once. i am a subway worker as well and i will relate but what she did was not okay. also wrapping my spinach wrap like that? it looked like she didn’t know how to do her job.

I ate hear yesterday and “the oven was not working” decided to get the cold cut combo and it gave me food poisoning, they did not have the sauces in the front, so when I asked for chipotle The guy went to the back. I don’t think they have temperature checks which can lead to bacteria growing in ingredients.
