This place is horrible when it comes to mobile orders. Ordered a simple combo meal with cookies and when my order came, I had no drink, no chips, and 2/3 cookies. And of course they don't answer their phones

I ordered a foot long…..I don’t think this is 12 inches.
I ordered through DoorDash. The dasher was great, but several of the ingredients were missing from my sandwich. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this store again.

They don't fold the meat anymore to make it presentable. They just slap it on with no care. They tend to make it upside down, and when I unwrap sandwiches, it just falls apart. It's honestly pathetic. I have never seen such poor poor service and such lack of care for the food in my life

They are not interested in the customer. I bought half a turkey sandwich... they gave me a quarter of a sandwich, it wasn't even half... I told the person who charged and he didn't care, he charged me and bay

I went today and there was a group of people that walked in right before me. I was worried I would be there a while but the staff was on it. They had a great system going and the girl taking the order to start the line handled herself very well. Didn't get flustered, wasn't rude, and set the pace and tone for the rest of the staff. Give that girl a raise, that line went quick. ☺️

Worst experience ever. I initially walked in to use the bathroom. He was rude at the fact that I used the bathroom. Went to go see the halloween parade got hungry was going to buy food for my family but he had the restroom blocked off with chairs. RUDE! LOW CUSTOMER SERVICES!

DISSAPOINTED.I went there twice in the past month since I work close by. I had a $5 rewards ready to use since my first visit, they and said their system wasn't taking it. I let it go and the second time I went the SAME THING. First of all I had already waited about 30 min for my meal when there was only a couple ahead of me. No one greets you or tells you "we will be right with you" they just have you waiting. All that waiting and at the end AGAIN their system was not taking the reward, which sucks when u were expecting to use it AND waited so long, the cashiers didn't bother to try doing anything, I asked if they could maybe give me a coupon and NO. I still paid full price and left. For the third time I went to the Subway on Montana, no issues ny reward worked fine but this location does not seem to bother fixing the issue. Or care too.
I was there 15 mins before they closed and I received excellent customer service from the gentleman behind the counter. Very friendly and accommodating to me and my wife whom was on the phone ordering. Food was still fresh and delicious by the time I got home. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I hadn't eaten Subway in about a year. Ordered basic cold cut sandwich and was really disappointed!? My bread was really chewy and didn't appear to be freshly baked.?
