Had a very unpleasant experience. The employee not only laughed at my face but threatened to contact the police. I stayed and waited for her to contact the police however the employee never contacted the police. I kept my composure with this employee while she was being rude and disrespectful. They got my order wrong and even forgot some of the items. When I tried to address this issue the employee started laughing and even stated that in the establishment she did whatever she well pleases and laughed. Very unprofessional very rude and un educated. Corporate should really take the time to be more selective about their employees and management. Needles to say the manager also did not do a thing about the issue.

ordered on mobile app, both meals had wrong ingredients. Asked for herbs and cheese + toasted, i got artisan Italian, not toasted, i asked for pepper jack cheese and got provolone ? the mayo and mustard was gushing out of the sandwich whole wrapper was soaked. other meal also had the wrong bread, asked on special instructions to remove ham on both sandwiches and there was ham on both. was really excited for my sandwich since I hadn’t gone back because of the last bad experience and your company just keeps disappointing me after almost of year.
