They're always closed. Been there several times throughout the day during the week throughout the month and they're always closed. Phones are never answered nor the number on the door works either.

This Sunway never seems to be open. It has temporary hours of 10am to 7pm I come at 3pm and it's locked. This has happened on several other occasions. Not worth the time wasted driving to this location.

This place use to be so good before a rude, hard tempered, aggressive and disrespectful manager was there. I remember a couple months back the employees working there use to be so nice and attentive to all costumers. I wonder what happened to this place they need their old crew back. I don’t know why there is a drive thru if they only have one person running the store, obviously employers and corporate overworking their employees. Heard they are closing, that’s what they deserve. And to Jackie from corporate pay your employees better!!! DO BETTER!!!! AND BRING SWISS CHEESE BACK
Would get an actual rating if they were ever open according to the hours listed on the door. You can never tell when they are open, one day you can have lunch, then the next 3 days nobody will be there. 3 times I've been around 4pm and 2 times nobody is here.

This Subway location is terrible. That's coming from someone that understands fast food chains aren't meant to be amazing. If you're going to Subway, try every other location but this one. It'll save you the frustration, employees are disgruntled, understaffed and not in the best of moods. Supply is low, drive thru is always closed. Management needs to hire more employees and train them well. From the look of this place looks like turnover is high, doubt it has much to do with pandemic and much more to do with management. Steer clear.

When the other day some guy yelled did hand signals towards my face. He kept doing it since i dint understand he yelled hey you the mask i there was no body inside the restaurant so i dint have one i was goona eat and go back to work but he took it upon himself like if he was the owner i felt so bad cause i know im fully vaccinated but its not even that the way he approached me no manners dont know how to talk to customers i just did a half a turn and left dont recommend you going there
