Picked up sandwiches at around 2 pm and they were absolutely terrible. Paid $30 for pure bread and a tiny little wrap that got eaten in 4 bites. Absolutely ridiculous
Ashley and Emily prepared two of the most succulent, exquisite and well prepared sandwiches!! First of all, their restaurant was well maintained, cleaned, well organized, their sandwich preparation areas neatly organized and cleaned with all freshly looking ingredients, BUT most important and key ingredients were their high level of professionalism, customer service, team work, attention to detail and the TLC (Tender Loving Care) they both put into the preparation of the sandwiches. I had eaten at many other subways, no one has put the sandwiches as well put together as they did!!!! And once again, they were delicious, just perfect for our taste buds. Thank You for the wonderful dining experience and I invite both of you and your fellow colleagues to maintain the same standards, quality and level of professionalism; in the preparation of every meal for every single one of your customers. Don’t ever forget…. “It’s all about service with a smile” and that WILL always go long ways!!!! Have a Blessed day, Happy Holidays and don’t forget to stop by and try their subways at this location whenever you happen to be passing through El Paso or, visiting family and/or relatives.

I came in subway to place an order, and an employee with red hair I believe her name was ashley. She seemed on edge and intoxicated. She was slurring her words, holding on to the counters for balance. And it seemed like she was close to having some sort of breakdown and seemed very unstable physically and mentally. I didn't feel safe with that employee at the store while I was there.

I went yesterday and the store wasn’t open during their business hours, today I go in and it’s open but I stand there waiting for someone to help me out and no one does

Unremarkable meatballs, uninspired bread, and they wouldn’t honor their own coupon. A very uncivilized sandwich affair

Went in to pick up a door dash. Sophie, i think her name was, was rude. Basically yelled that my order was ready when i was the only person in the store so no need. And then felt like she tossed me the order when she handed it to me. Just seemed like she didn’t want to work there. Should probably consider a job with no customer service required.

Store will not accept coupons that we receive in the mail! Easy solution, drive a mile down the road to the one that does.
I will not return to this location under any circumstance.

$27 for one foot long (no extras, plain turkey and cheese) SMALL combo and a six inch tuna with one extra item, bacon. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Never again, I’d rather take my business to McAlister’s Deli across the street.
Ordered a Meatball Marinara...footling sandwich alone was $11. I firmly believe I did not receive enough meatballs or marinara to justify this price! Very disappointed!

I was upset because they don't accept coupons anymore, and I have to pay the full price for a footlong sandwich and chips. This is unacceptable for this, so I'm not going there anymore!
