I don’t understand why it’s such a struggle to get a flatbread toasted at this place. Every single time it seems like I have to beg them to toast a flatbread sandwich. And in my opinion it feels like they choose not to do it out of spite.

It’s impossible to reach a manager at this location and the employees are incredibly sarcastic and laugh at your complaints.

An extremely horrible experience.

Called twice for an issue and was hung up on both times. Went to the store and it was absolutely empty except the two employees, who proceeded to refuse to remake the ONE sandwich there was an issue with because they “don’t have the authority to”, and then got cursed at 👎🏻

Absolutely no reason to wait 15 mins for 3 sandwiches seriously. Bread pretty dry, drive thru was pretty annoying as well. The female was nice but just took way to long. The general manager needs to get involved.

This place has the worst employees, consistently. I’ve been coming here on/off for almost 2 years. Turn over is super high, and I don’t know where they find these people. Go elsewhere

I order since 4pmThey took over an hour to make 2 clubs. Its 5pm right know and still not ready.I order by the app at 4:09. It did said 4:25 pick up order. Its 5pm and still not ready. This location is really bad in customer service and timing for a fast restaurant.

Every time o order through the drive thru all of my sandwiches are wrong. They have toppings I didn’t ask for or the sandwich toppings got shuffled and put on whatever sandwich they don’t belong on. Like I get it that the speaker is by a loud road but there are solutions if you can’t hear or keep anything straight. ASK QUESTIONS! Or ask the driver to come order at the window. It’s literally 100% error through the drive thru in my experience and I’m sick of it.
