I had my order not delivered and the manager left a note for me to reorder it an pick it up. The same thing happened today and Josh hung up in my face and said it’s not his problem then when I called back said he had customers and hung up again. I wanted to just reorder my food since it wasn’t dropped off but honestly I’m worried about ordering from this location. Very unprofessional and will never order from this location again.

I called to ask if a manager or someone was there but a worker named Diego started giving attitude and when I asked when they would be back he said “idk a few minutes I guess” he should not work there with that attitude
Food was really good and definitely a little messy but got the job done. Service was a little eh. The young man helping me was slightly rude to me and my wife, but I was patient. He kept muttering things and giving very indecent remarks about the sandwich and vegetables. I’m sure he was having a bad day but he just put down my mood once he was just rushing the sandwich and making a mess.

Why does this Subway always treats Customers with so bad. I bought 2 sandwiches and ask for all the veggies in both of them and the guy was Like “ALL OF THEM???, Like i know you feel you dont get paid enough but bro its your Job and if you don’t like your job find a new one like why bother do things you dont like and treat others with no respect
These 2 workers were really kind!! :3 they know how to keep up an interesting conversation!
the place was clean and pretty green colors looks so much better than the fancy subway which looks boring but this subway is pretty rlly pretty :3!!

Walked into the Subway today. First time in a while I've been to a subway. Two people working here. One gentleman and one lady. The gentleman was very service oriented and welcoming. Even gave me a discount on my meal. Very understanding with other customers. I gave a tip because of him. The female on the other hand felt out of place and didn't understand what sandwiches were being ordered by myself or other customers. One customer had to explain their order multiple times. I overheard the gentleman say that their veggies weren't the freshest at the time. While I appreciate the honesty, it's kind of shocking knowing where subway used to be in terms of their freshness. Shout out to the dude behind the counter!

If you enjoy wasting your entire lunch break waiting on them to make a single sandwich, this is the place for you. Ordered online, as to skip the line, got there at the designated 15 minutes after you order (you know, plenty of time to make one six inch sub, no toasting). Not ready. Okay cool. Whatever. There is a small line of like three people waiting. So I wait. And wait. And when I finally get my food, the bread is stale and it’s missing ingredients. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Doniphan. It is better than this one. Better yet, go to any other sandwich shop.

When I first walked in, the female that was working there was ignoring a customer so she walked out. I ordered some sandwiches and I wanted to order a bowl, but the lady was ignoring me as well and moved on to the next customer. So I just decided to take a loss on my bowl because she clearly was not in a mood for customer service. The gentleman working there was very helpful though. Unfortunately it was just too late for me to even want my order anymore.

This was my kids first experience at Subway and they loved the sandwiches. We were also served by a very nice guy. Happy to recommend this Subway.

The two workers there were EXTREMELY slow. They had a line and didn’t make an effort to work slightly faster. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they tried to skimp on my order. I purchased a six inch roast beef and he only put two thin slices. I worked at a Subway in college and I know it’s supposed to be 4 slices. He played it off by saying it was changed recently. There’s no way. Two is such a small amount.They messed with the wrong person. I will be calling corporate on Monday.

Workers were excellent. They took pride in their work. I had the protein bowl and it was well done, very generous portions. I will go to this Subway again. I highly recommend this store!
