This was my kids first experience at Subway and they loved the sandwiches. We were also served by a very nice guy. Happy to recommend this Subway.

I went to the one on red by Lowe's or my daughter went the night before she made her sandwich and they totally made it wrong she went back there with a receipt to make it right they said they couldn't make it she had to wait a whole day for her to get an approval from a manager never have I heard of that I go the next day or I call because my daughter shy and my daughter goes and gets the food and the guy tells her when she asks for a drink the guy tells her that she shouldn't even be making that and where's her receipt and where's her sandwich well we had it yesterday and we had the receipt until we returned the way my daughter was just coming from the hospital and we're supposed to keep a sandwich for 24 hours it was trashed anyways I don't get how he says he shouldn't even been making that when he didn't even make it correct and the reason my daughter didn't get a drink yesterday was cuz she thought they just ordered a regular meal so she could see how they overlooked it and then I called the one on Donovan and Red road I was told that sort of like a district manager was going to be there or is there a lot so I wanted to speak to a little bit higher cuz these guys were rude and I speak to the supervisor there and he says that there is no district manager that he's the boss it's like okay so there's nobody higher than you I said no very rude very unprofessional so I will never go to a Subway again it's just ridiculous I've never heard of going back with the receipt and then not even making your right sandwich and tell you you have to wait a whole another day insane

The two workers there were EXTREMELY slow. They had a line and didn’t make an effort to work slightly faster. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they tried to skimp on my order. I purchased a six inch roast beef and he only put two thin slices. I worked at a Subway in college and I know it’s supposed to be 4 slices. He played it off by saying it was changed recently. There’s no way. Two is such a small amount.They messed with the wrong person. I will be calling corporate on Monday.

Workers were excellent. They took pride in their work. I had the protein bowl and it was well done, very generous portions. I will go to this Subway again. I highly recommend this store!Kid-friendliness: Great environment

Worst subway I've ever been to.

Twice I have gone to this location and asked that they check the white bread to make sure it is fresh before makingmy sandwich. Twice now they have served me stale bread after assuring me the bread was fresh. And by stake , I mean stale bread that was the consistency of a dry crouton. I will give this location no more chances to sell me a sandwich made with fresh bread.

I rarely write reviews but this one I had to share. I ordered subs online last night, my wife picked them up. I got home, took a bite out of it and realized it was wrong. I live really close so no biggie I went back. I had ordered "The Boss" which is meatball, pepperoni, cheese, etc. and I had received just a plain meatball. So when I arrived back at the Subway I gave them the receipt and they realized they made a mistake. The girl with the green hair told the kid to "just add the pepperoni to the sub!!" I was blown away by that, literally, and immediately told her no make me a fresh one that's ridiculous. I don't know in what world she thinks just adding pepperoni to a sub that was made wrong in the first place is the solution. The kid that made my sub was real nice, he remade it and it hit the spot. I didn't even bother to ask for a Manager because she was clearly in charge. But if the GM or store owner of this Subway sees this you need to teach that girl some customer service and manners cause she immediately gave attitude when I asked them to make me a fresh sub. The cherry on top was she told me (with attitude) they didn't have enought meatballs to make me a new sub to!!! So they literally used the meatballs from the sub they made wrong in the first place on the new sub. Would rather drive up the street now and just get subs from the Subway in the Valero, at least until the girl with the green hair doesn't work there anymore.

Please do not dine in or take out at this restaurant. I just left because there was a big crawling in the meat. DISGUSTING!!!

Don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve stopped at this location numerous times in the past few months and all they ever have is white and wheat bread. No other options at all. Go down the street to a different location and they have everything. Seems like really poor management to me

The food here is subpar. The workers are lazy. My sandwich was made by a white boy with no manners and no respect. Please reconsider your workers.
