Worse experience ever at a Subway. ordered on app...lost the my points and money bc the girl working there decided to shut off the machine at 7 when place closes at 8. Zero effort to help me with my order, Eevvey or whatever her name was displayed zero concern.. just told me to call the 1800 number on the app which there isnt one...NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. NEVER RETURNING BACK. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. That girl needs to get fired.. Lazy and zero customer service.

My daughter went to go order yesterday they got her order wrong she went back she had a receipt and they told her she could not remake her sandwich this is the sandwich maker that they couldn't remake her sandwich till manager approved next day 8:00 a.m. the next day okay so today we call and get her order replaced my daughter asked hey I didn't get my drink he says that he shouldn't even be making this order this is the supervisor or manager then he says where's the old sandwich and where's the drink well my daughter went in there yesterday with the receipt and didn't get her food made she was turned away and the reason she didn't ask for her drink you might be thinking was because she thought that they just made her a regular meal not a drink and a dessert cuz she loves her cookies always make sure for cookies so she thought she didn't get charged for the meal but she did so today we asked for the drink and he acted like he shouldn't even be making that and I was going to leave it at that till he did that and then I called another Subway cuz I feel that they should have some kind of accountability. Then I call another store I was told that they're a district manager was always at their Donovan and red store so I call in the supervisor answers totally rude I'm asking to speak to somebody higher than him or anything and he's saying all that he doesn't believe that there is one I mean come on how is there nobody higher than him that is just I just can't believe the subway that is just unacceptable from them and for them to do that to a customer but not one store but two stores it's just beyond me

No hello, no thank you, got the order consistently wrong even though we ordered straight off the menu. At least I got my sandwiches, a why you bothering me by ordering here and die stare and a request for a tip on top. Also they don't take

Surprise find. It's located inside of a gas station. Even though it was close to closing, the bread selection was good. They do close earlier than some of the other Subways. Service was prompt and courteous. Everything was covered and appeared fresh. Overall a good experience and a good sub!

Walked in at 7:45 to order a sandwich. The guy at the counter asked if I was going to order and after I told him yes he said the person before me was going to be the last person he served because he needed to start closing

The subs were good from here but I stopped coming here after getting a cold cut combo with spinach. The spinach had big clumps of dirt on it, I don't understand how they couldn't have noticed that it was dirty. It was disgusting, it makes you wonder what other produce they're not washing.

The large girl working there is rude, pushy, and talks over you. She also can't follow simple sandwich or topping instructions. They are always out of something and still have no bread loaves. Awful.. go down Tedd to the other Subway.

So to be clear this was my only option. This store actually did ok. That said I eat pretty much subway only as it's supposed to be fresh and better than a fast food type burger place. Subway has went so downhill its sad. Close stores to better your product. Even that, don't keep trying new ideas you look stupid and desperate. Keep this store open no matter what, but fix your product quality, your stupid ideas and keep the ones that care open and available to work. You are not the same, so face the facts and move on or you will you know be gone. Jimmy John's is better by far at this point, so sad to say that. I actually hate subway as an option now. It was my favorite go to. Listen or not. Your call corporate. This store is amazing but the overall product sucks and will until you make a change. BK came back how, why and you learning or copying? Listen I'm a consumer looking for a great option on the menu, don't like most the regulars. This your only advice before the vice comes down on your might. Oh by the way, I ain't spending a penny to promote the product, as it is so far gone its like a bad game of monopoly for you guys. Good luck on the fight Jimmy John's got all the might.
