I’ve been trying to contact them over a cancellation and their number rings but then a machine answers saying number is no longer in service. I tried contacting them online and their website has so many bugs. I was not able to cancel and lost my money. Will definitely not be ordering from this location again.

This place is a disgrace to the subway brand. The owner does not care about this location. The toaster has not been working for weeks and there doesn’t seem to be a concern. I ordered a wrap and they gave me a flatbread saying that “this is how they do it now.” It wasn’t even 12 and the hadn’t baked any cookies… I used to work at a subway and corporate should shut this location down if they can’t do the job right and the owner doesn’t take pride in his shop.

CLOSE THIS PLACE AND BRING BACK THE HAMBURGER STAND. They really should close this place up, theres literally children running the store that just want to get paid hourly to do nothing and they do exactly that, NOTHING. I swear the drive thru soeaker has been broken for like three years. The kids never want to work and when they do they have the worst attitude. Whoever the store manager is, really is lazy or doesnt care. The company needs to fire him or retrain him/her.

Went thru the drive thru, guy in front had taken forever to make his order. Then when he finally got his food ordered again. Did I mention me and my spouse are quitting smoking. So we were staring daggers by that point. The staff once we finally got to the window apologized and were so nice. I felt terrible if they thought I was angry at them.

Tldr the staff are awesome and I appreciate their patience and understanding.

My wife went through the drive thru and ordered sandwiches. Mine was the ultimate bmt on wheat bread was not even toasted and the bread was stale. I drove back after work to get another sandwich and told them it tasted stale or bread was not good or fresh and the guy asked me if I wanted another sandwich I said yes and he asked if I wanted it toasted and I said yes. Then I got the sandwich was not even toasted. I went into the store to let him know he didn't toast it and he said I didn't ask when I did tell him when he asked me if I wanted it toasted I said yes. And both of the employees there a girl and a guy were very rude and didn't listen at all. If you do not like your job quit and get a better job... Worse service and food I have ever gotten from subway. Seems like this store just doesn't care and that is why business is so poor and everyone stops going to this location losing business we will not be returning ever again!! Even the lettuce looked like it was old...

ordered a sub online with no veggies and they added every veggie, even some that weren’t mentioned. I understand it was an online order through uber eats but i feel there was a lack of attention to detail.

They always close early change your hours if you’re going to close early. Six inches is more like 3 inches they cut it horribly small.

It was a very poor service. Was out of stock, and doors were closed 2 hours before closing time went in at 8 closes at 10. Couldn't get it and was asking to go in the drive thru. I didn't have a vehicle, and seem bothered to open. Then they didn't have the type of goods I love in my sandwich. What they did have, I was told it was for the next day. Couldn't get any of the veggies I like to get in my sandwich. They also didn't bother to ask if I wanted a combo with my order. I couldn't get any chips of fountain drinks. At the end I was asking to pay with only card no cash, because they didn't have any change. At the time I had forgotten my card and had to pay with cash. But didn't receive my change. I pay with a fifty dollar bill and the order was of 40 dollars for just 3 sandwiches. Please help them do better at their jobs at this location. I get it no one likes to work. But they get paid to do this as a customer I would like to get al my good that I had planned to get from a subway.

Food was good.
They need to get the soda machine fixed.
Also I went a a couple weeks ago it says they close at 10 they were closed when I went around 9.
