No a long wait time but since the veggies are available to be seen you can see all the veggies on display are being soaked in water, soggy, moldy and not in fresh condition. The employee started my sandwich and when I got to the adding of veggies I went with green peppers and banana peppers as for everything looked old and moldy. It give the impression if the company and workers can so easily display the veggies out like that what bad and unhygienic the customer cant see.

The bread was nice and soft, and they actually cut it in threes for me. Sandwich I had was steak with pepper jack cheese, and Fixin. That’s why I always come back. Peace.

It was 6 minutes before opening time but the door was open so my son and I went in. Like in a horror movie the manager was sitting against the farthest corner of the place. He told us 'We're not open yet' with a totally cold unwelcoming face. My son said, ' But the door is open.' The mgr gave us a chilling stare. I had to tell my son to be careful because food service people have a way of getting back at complaing customers. We walked around for those 6 minutes and then came back. He was still on his phone in the farthest corner of the place. And then it got worse. Vianney, an employee, was waiting for us with a frightening look as if we were disturbing her alone time. I ordered first because I thought I could soften her attitude and she'd be nicer to my son. I said, 'toasted', no acknowledgement of my choice. Although she did it seethingly. No, her attitude wasn't one of a person feeling bad. It was of a person who hated being there, hated her job and hated that you were a customer. My son ordered the same thing next. As if walking on eggshells, we proceeded to pay and get out of her awful ways and manners. I requested a tray and she protested without even looking at me, 'We're don't have any trays!' 'What is her problem?' I thought to myself. Finally I go to fill my and my son's cup with a drink. As I moved away to take a seat, I noticed that one of the cups was leaking a lot. I go the counter and call out to this Vianney, 'Excuse me'. No answer. The mgr came to help and gave another cup. With a sour taste in our mouths we ate. The only reason we ate here was because it is next to my car dealership where my car was being serviced. AVOID THIS SUBWAY if you can. It'd be a horrible experience, one you'll surely regret.
We got here at 9:00 pm, an hour before they closed and the lady at the front kept giving us faces. After taking our order she asked if we were going to dine in. She then proceeded to say “all I ask is for you guys to clean up your mess. She made us feel uncomfortable by staring at us the rest of the time. She wanted us to leave so she could resume her phone call. Very unpleasant experience here. Don’t recommend coming.

Order a sandwich from Subway today for my lady and it was not a standard. My lady went inside and asked the specialist to cut the sandwich but she used her bare hands and on top of that when ordered in the app it was not up to par on what it was supposed to be as ordered. my lady asked her to put gloves on, when handling her sandwich. This should be done at all times.

They act like they're open but they're not. They don't use the drive-thru whatsoever even if you're just sitting there waiting
Brandon this kid that works here has the worst customer service plus I asked for a sub that was not toasted but does include bacon and he didn’t cook the bacon it was cold . This was drive thru . $12 for a sub and couldn’t be done right come on ! Kid open your mouth and speak ! I had him repeat himself so many time because I could t understand him at all.

I order through mobile app and I asked in detail to make sure toasted it was not and I had ask for pepper jack and I got different cheese I was not able to in enjoy my food to much avocado when I called to speak to manager there was not manger working there should be manager or lead working and they were not available I want refunded back

Very bad experience. Young man was very rude after done with us There was another man having an argument with him. Man said I will never come here again. How's sad what is happening to Subway?
