Subway's $5 dollar footlongs! What else can you ask for? During this time Subway is running a promotion for 2 footlong subs for 5 dollars each when ordering off the app!The app is super easy to use and it lets you customize how you like your sub to be prepared by the artist. Also adding payment is a breeze and you can also use gift cards as well. The promotion going on is any 2 footlongs for $5 while ordering off the app so I went with a cheesesteak footlong for the wife and a cold cut combo on Italian bread. This subway is located right next to a gas station so I went ahead ordered my subs off the app and went into the gas station to pick up some last minute stuff I would need on my road trip. After getting everything I needed I went inside Subway to pick up my order and wow it was already bagged up and ready to go after giving the worker my name. This particular sub was the prettiest I have seen! It looked like it was the sub on the TV commercials with the meat still sticking out, the cucumbers, tomatoes, thin cuts of dill pickles with all the fresh veggies just sitting there waiting to be eaten. The one thing you dont see are the condiments I requested for such as the southwest chipotle sauce, ranch, mayo, and honey mustard. As you can tell I am a sauce guy and when I mean I like sauces I adore them. When I go to Subway I enjoy opening the paper to find sauces just smeared all over the wrapper to just smudge my finger through it and lick it. Well on this sandwich I didnt find that just a tad bit here and there but other than that the sub was beautifully prepared and the bread was nice and soft with a wide arrangement of fresh veggies. Great Subway location and hopefully you can get the same artist I got just make sure to let them know to sauce it up if your into that kind of thing like me.

Ordered two wraps and two soups. Informed me they only had enough soup for 1. Hard to believe at 7 pm there was zero soup left in the entire restaurant. Either poor management and they really didn't have enough food the the day or employee simply didn't want to make more. Either way disappointed

I always get the runs here so I finally got out of my car and saw what was going on in this particular Subway. The sandwiches are good but then I saw the guy making my sandwich sneezing on the air on top of the vegetables?!? Then he cleans his nose with his arm and opens up my sandwich. I told him that fine and bless you and walked away. I love Subway but not this location

This group of young men showed extreme customer service, greet you and give you a smile. That truly makes your day, Plus they were training a newbie with professionalism. Truly one of the Best Subways I have visited.

Love this Subway. I'm from Canada and come to El Paso 3-4 times a year and I find them super cheap compared to back home. This was one of the places I chose for lunch after doing my hour long lapses at the nearby pool so obviously I was famished! I alway ordered the same thing: the foot long veggie sub and I always asked them to load it up with tones of veggies. The staff there were super nice and always very generous with their veggies which is awesome for a person who is a vegetarian and loves lots of veggies. A few times I came in the evening and was served by some very very SLOW guys who seemed like they didn't know what they were doing but if I came at my usual time (around 14H pm) I had the same great daytime staff who never failed to make me a delicious Sub! Only complaint is their fans running at full blast over your head. It was winter and by all means not Hot so I found it annoying. I even asked staff to turn it down but they coudn't and since nobody else seemed bothered by it I just try to sit in a spot that was not beneath a fan. All and all great place, great price, great food!!
This happened on December 20, 2015. I tried to let subway know about this experience through their site, but that was impossible. So here goes: There were two guys and a lady serving us. The shorter guy, I believe his tag said Christian, was going to begin my order, he impatiently asked what kind of bread, when I told him what and asked him if he can please toast the bread by itself, he interrupted me and asked what cheese. When I proceeded to tell him I did not want to toast it with anything, he didn't let me finish, turned around and gave his back to me and put the bread in the toaster, which wasn't even toasted, by the way, and completely ignored me. After that he switched places with the other guy and he proceeded to complete my husband's order, but never even made eye contact with my husband. I feel his customer service skills and simply level of respect for others is extremely lacking. Will not come to this restaurant again. I live close to this mall and will probably visit often, but will not eat here anymore.
