The only thing consistent about this location is being consistently let down. I went today and there was no one else, it took like 15 minutes to order two 6 inches which they skimped on. The sandwich was horrible and since reviews doesn’t seem to affect this place I’m done going and I’ll tell my friends not to

Avoid at all cost service was beyond bad if I could give them zero stars for service I would. Got a meat ball sub and the meatballs were freezing cold in the middle. And I’m not going to even say more about the rest of my order. Avoid at all cost drive the 5 minutes south on dyer and go to the other subway.

Foods not bad just one particular staff member is incredibly rude. If you order at the speaker he will claim to not hear you well, if you pull up to the window to avoid the speaker situation he will sarcastically inform you to go back to the speaker, if you use a coupon he'll claim it was either expired/used already. Just all around bad vibe off of this employee (young caucasian male, blue eyes). Save the annoyance and go up the street to the subway next to the Walmart off of Fred Wilson. They're very polite and take coupons!

So there was a homeless person inside the store asleep in a booth and employees just acted like that was completely normal. Dirty place! Gross sub with hard bread and unpleasant employees!

They're rated: Grade C. They allow a crack head to hang around the outside. And it was bad customer service. :-(
They received a 79 Grade C from the Department of Public Health based on their food handling procedures. This was on 8/28/2024 and an inspection carried out on a particular day may not reflect the overall, long-term conditions of the establishment. Subway's still gross and made of old yoga mats tho..

The 2 people closing on 7/18/2024 were very rude. This Subway was much better run when the other crew was here. They stated that they were out of tomato's a sign stating that would of made the decision to eat elsewhere easier. I mean No tomatoes.. how can you have a sub without tomatoes... DO Better! Leave your attitudes at home.

If I can give this location a 0 I would. There was a young man making a sandwich and he had to stop to open the door for me because I didn’t know this location close at 8. Instead of the manager I believe she is a woman she looked at me and kept sweeping. Long story short I had this location confused with the one on MCcombs however I’m glad I didn’t eat here because if she couldn’t communicate that the store was closed I’m sure she won’t be able to comprehend how to make my sandwich lol. Good luck

literally the worst experience i have ever had at this place. i ordered a foot long roast beef and was charged 18.99 there was literally 4 pieces of meat and like 2 pieces of cheese so what exactly did i pay for? the service wasn’t great either there were 3 people working in the store and one other person in there besides me ordering. i was in there about 3 minutes before i was even acknowledged and then i wasn’t even greeted the lady said to a male worker can you please start her order? literally so disappointed and honestly a waste of $20

Ordered the ultimate BMT and had way to much Sirachi sauce it was dripping all over the place ask for regular got more than we bargained for could the meat or cheese or veggies becaus way to much Siriachi sauce

The bread was so hard it literally crumbled into a mess. If you don't order right in front of them your sub will be pitiful!!! Do not order online to pickup. I've never had a sub as bad as this. The presentation of the sub alone was disgusting. I called the store regarding my order as we were missing a sandwhich. However, I was met by a pre-recorded "hello" then nothing. Obviously, that was previously recorded by a worker to seem like they are answering the phone. Please do better by your customers!!!

Horrible just horrible we made two orders paid for both orders on the app it said one order was supposed to be ready at 9:20pm and the other at 9:30pm my husband shows up to pick it up and we are tod they only got one order and did not receive the other order we showed the confirmation number for both orders and that we were charged for both we were rudly yelled at by the girl working tgere that they didn’t get an order even after showing her she just kept on repeating herself “ we did not get the order!!!!!” Over and over again raising her voice i asked for a manager and was told we sont have a manager and closed the drive through windows on my husband then another girl comes over and says whats the problem i tell her again and shes like you can come tomorrow morning and ask for a refund and i told her how will the morning people know we are supposed to get a refund she said “ oh a morning shift guy came in and we told him” so now we were cahrged for two sandwiches and even with a confirmation number they dis not refund but expects us to go back in the morning and ask for a refund from people who have no idea whats going on so basically we were robbed ?♀️
