Had an online order, app was having issues I guess sending the order to the store, we waited 15 minutes in the car before going in and asking, worker basically shrugged, we were able to talk to a manager, who was extremely rude, and basically said she had no control on the app, we weren’t asking for anything crazy we weee simply asking if she knew when it might be ready, she said she doesn’t know but she doesn’t run the app so we had to simply just wait and see, she said we could order our sandwiches and if it happen to come through she wouldn’t charge us but it was basically a waiting game, we would be charged if the order didn’t go through so we would get charged twice, really rude experience especially for a manager, we didn’t even ask for her like some Karen’s, the employee called her

Stopped by this Subway thinking I’d just grab a quick lunch — mistake. The guy making sandwiches, Michael, looked weirdly familiar… then I remembered: we “dated” for one exhausting week that felt like a month.
Not much has changed. He’s still got that off-putting vibe — the kind where you’re constantly waiting for him to say something weird. Watching him make my sandwich was uncomfortable in every sense. Yeah, he was wearing gloves, but something about the way he handled everything made me wonder how clean anything really was. His skin looked… rough, like he’s at war with basic hygiene. And the patchy attempt at facial hair? Not helping.
Even worse, I overheard the way he talks to females here… overly familiar, borderline creepy, and absolutely not the kind of energy anyone wants while ordering a sandwich. It’s subtle enough to fly under the radar if you don’t know him, but trust me, it adds up.
Whats worse is the sandwich was a mess — thrown together like an afterthought — and I couldn’t bring myself to eat more than a bite. One star, and that’s purely because negative stars aren’t a thing. If management cares about customer comfort (or health codes), they might want to keep a closer eye on who they’ve got behind the counter.

Bad experience every time I have gone here. Drive thru turned off, attitude of employees, place is dirty, employee did not know how to charge me correctly. I recommend starting with a whole new staff, even new management.

I went to this location on 8/5/25. The restaurant was closed but not the drive thru. When I ordered my meal and repeated it several times to her, she still got my order wrong, I was the only customer on the drive thru lane. The lady that attended me was rude and looked to be in a bad mood. Several times she slammed the drive thru window, after waiting 15 min. I finally received my order which again was not what I wanted. I just don’t understand why you keep hiring these unprofessional workers, and with no customer service at all.

The lady working there was giving attitude for no reason. She also proceeds to tell me there is no meat for the sub of the day. After taking my sandwich out of the oven a fly walks over my sandwich and the worker after making eye contact with me and seeing the fly on my sandwich slowly puts her gloves on and after putting her gloves on she scares the fly away to sell me the same sandwich. Bad experience overall.

Can't recall a single time I've had a good experience here. I tried to justify it as them being busy or training new employees because the employees are always very friendly and apologize profusely for wait times, but I think it's just a poorly managed store. About 75% of the time they're out of something major like several types of bread/cheese/meats. Ive also never waited for less than 20 minutes and there's almost never more than 2 other people waiting. Ordering ahead of time in the app makes no difference in the wait times either, you can wait 20 minutes after ordering from this store and they're still going to make you wait an extra 15 because they haven't even looked at your order yet. And that's not even addressing the issues with the app showing that they have things that they don't have or have never sold at this location. But don't worry, they'll still charge you the full price of the item and substitute it for an item that's half price. Also lost a debit card and had to have it replaced because an employee took it at the drive through and just never gave it back.

I went through the drive through and the lady who was taking the order on June 11, 2025 at 7:28pm was just rude. I placed my order and then was told it’d be a 20 minute wait. Luckily there was nobody behind me so I was able to reverse out. I always have a horrible experience at this location.

I recently visit this subway with my autistic sister and my handicapped mother to get some food after a long day at church the young lady working there was so unprofessional and rude to my mother when she asked to use the restroom she said (the young lady) my mother had to purchase something first knowing we where getting ready to order she still denied my mother the right to use the restroom once we made our order my mom paid with cash and the young lady got upset my mother didn’t have exact change since she claim she didn’t have any change in the register but it wasn’t a lot of change she had to give back its not like my mother gave her $100 it was $20s after all this we left with out food and hungry and needing to use the restroom this was the worse experience a subway employee has ever gave us so please subway do better train your employees better and help them and teach them to have courtesy towards special needs children and families we go out of our way to have a good dinner and its not easy as we have special needs and to be treated this way was so degrading and disgusting.

Ordered online arrived to pick up food wasn’t ready asked how long it was gonna be iris the person in charge said awhile in a rude manner asked for a refund she refused saying she didn’t know how and I would have to do it online she is very rude and not helpful at all horrible customer service
