We recently ordered from Subway's website with delivery through DoorDash, but when we received our order, one of the items was missing. When we contacted the store to report the issue, the representative who answered the phone was extremely rude and argumentative, stating that she had prepared the order correctly and blaming DoorDash for the missing item. I was trying to explain to her that if I had made the order through DoorDash I would understand that it was them I needed to talk to, but since I made the order through their website, they should be able to take responsibility, even DoorDash redirected me to them. I asked to speak with a manager and provided my contact information, but unfortunately, no one called me back. The lack of customer service and poor communication was disappointing, especially considering the issue was with a simple sandwich. Hopefully, Subway will take steps to improve their customer service in the future

Horrible Service. Manager lady with a scar on her face is very rude and unprofessional. Went back to complain about my order being wrong after they made me repeat myself multiple times and both gave me attitude. I wouldn’t recommend going there !!

I went on 8/31/24 . I ordered 3 sandwiches. Leo was working he had a nasty toothpick in his mouth . His beard wasn't covered. Making my sandwiches I am gonna call the health dept on the store.

Pick better management! The gentlemen and female attending us were great. Our sandwiches are good. BUT this review is on the manager she’s tall with huge eye leashes and thick eyeliner. She’s supper unprofessional and BEYOND rude with the male employee in front of customers. She was mad because when she walked in the chairs were on the tables and he explained he had just cleaned and apologized. And of course I was looking because she was loud and mean, and she gave me a death stare as well .The 2 workers were busy with online orders, in person and drive through orders. she as a manager should have stepped in put the chairs down herself and addressed BOTH employees in PRIVATE. Everyone is short staffed, last thing this subway needs is employees to walk out due to poor management.
Do better!

Im sorry for all the confusion and the lack of service and the way the Store was just in general but I think and I’m sorry if im wrong . But please listen to me thank you but I just wanted to say my bad for the store not running the way it was doing in the beginning with corrections and employees coming and going so it was really frustrating but believe me when I tell you this, this is a new Subway and I want to shout out to all the people who are now my employees too cause I’m not a assistant manager and am doing alll I can to make sure your sevice is looking great and your sandwich’s Make sure you’re satisfied I think there’s one thing we ain’t had in a minute that’s a fresh team and a fresh store so we’re trying our best to be at the top and make sure we can work hard and also take pressure off the manager so I can step up for the night and make sure there’s no more No more Customers unsatisfied into answer calls also drive-through moving a little faster and on time to Get a fresh sub when u need it and it’s on time !
Believe me when I say this, the store now has the employees that are very hard workers in and I don’t think but I know the team we have for this store and it’s the team we have starting today I’ve got you experienced my training with each one of Manager. Vianney S also Assistant Manager .Samuel Baca I want to Say Thank you subway for this opportunity and building a new franchise to make sure your service is welcomed and successful and correct with the fast paced and also best service you’ve never experienced!
