We were denied service because of my service dog. No signage and no questions denied is instantly and that was extremely unprofessional. Never coming back there again. Appalled

Very clean. Fresh food. Most of the staff are very friendly, patient and helpful. Dining area is quite large, so there's plenty of seating. Bathrooms are always clean as well. Would recommend 10/10. ?

Came in earlier to get my son something to eat before he went into work. I had to repeat my order twice, didn't ask what kind of bread I wanted, cheese, if it was toasted, or any dressings. I had to tell them to put vegetables on it as well. An hour later when my son opens up his footlong, nothing but lettuce and the meat was on there and when I called to complain the rude guy with the pony tail said I had to bring back my sandwich to show him the mistake to have it replaced. When I said I couldn't go to my son's work and back I asked if I could speak to the manager after work about it, he laughed and said she'd be gone before I got there. When I asked for his name he refused to give it and hung up on me after another employee said to hang up the phone. This place is a joke and these workers are incompetent.

Even with them incredibly busy at the lunch rush, they flawlessly handled the crowd. There were 3 of them and they were able to make our sandwiches without a long wait and no problems. I wish they had a tip jar so I could have tipped them for their hard work.

Staff member upset cuz I didn't leave tip. Why should we, she is only doing her job. She didn't go above and beyond. This workers seem to be bothered when they have to do their job. Besides, it's very expensive.

Went to grab some lunch and sit down at their restaurant. Everything was going well until they dropped my husband's sandwich. We understand that mistakes happen, everyone is human, we were not mad or upset at all, but the tall worker with facial hair was giving us attitude for his mistake. My husband had asked for his sandwich double toasted, and the worker said, "You want it double toasted again? Should've told me at the start, " My husband didn't say anything about it, but the workers' attitude made us go from sitting down to take out. I should've gotten a refund, but we didn't want any more mistreatment. The worker with the accent was very kind, however. Hooefully, my tip went to him!

So I decided to walk my dog with my husband to subway and it's not the first that we have gotten there because it's the subway close to are places so I asked a lady or the manager for a cup of water for my dog and she said "No that all the rules have changed since COVID" excuse me like around February we went again with are dog and they did gives us a cup to get water for my dog like it doesn't make sense and mind she even was rude
