Probably one of the best subways in ELP. Diner’s always clean, service is fast and employees are nice. The owners are probably some of the best people around, and the prices are some of the lowest compared to other stores. 10/10 would recommend

Wonderful experience with this subway. Ordered 80 lunchboxes for teachers of an unspecified school, had dietary restrictions, special requests, etc., and this store handled it like a champ extremely grateful for the work that they put in to make these boxes and make the teachers happy! Thank you so very much.

I used to work at this location about 4 years ago, Lupe and Gregg are the worst managers I have ever had, I don’t recommend working here if you’re thinking of working here. They made you clock out at 10:15 every single shift, and still made you work.

I would give negative stars if I could. I was over charged for my sandwich. I paid for extra meat and bacon. When I called to try and fix it they said there was nothing they could do. Avoid this location at all cost.

I walked in to pick up my order showed my order and payment I was denied my food. The workers very unprofessional. Laughed at my situation. Walked out with out my food and it was paid for. They denied to give me my order. Made me show the proof from my bank that order was paid.

Ordered through the app for the first AND LAST time. I won’t go to this location again. They use DoorDash to deliver, the driver messaged me that the cookies I ordered were out of stock. I said that’s fine just refund those. About 15 minutes later she messages me saying the manager cancelled my order. I called Subway. Daisy said she was the manager. I asked her why she cancelled my order. She said if I cancel the cookies they have to cancel the whole thing. So then why are the cookies not marked out of stock on your app then?? Anyway, they sent a new driver to pick up the order with substitute cookies. While on his way to deliver the order was mysteriously cancelled. He messaged me so I called Subway. Daisy said they didn’t cancel it. I said I’ll just go get my own order, what time do you close…she said 9:00. This was at about 8:15. So I head to the restaurant and call on my way to ask them to remake the order. The guy on the phone said “well we close at 9:00”. This was at 8:35. I said okay I’m like 2 minutes away. He said but we’re already closing everything up. Long story short? He was locking the doors when I arrived at 8:37! I knocked on the window and asked to speak to the manager. I asked her why she said 9:00 and why are you locking the doors almost 25 minutes to closing…she said that’s really none of your business. Ummmm, yes it is! When your business hours are til 9 and you tell a customer who is about to head over that you close at 9..yeah it’s my damn business. I asked her for the name and contact for the store manager. She wrote a fake number on the back of a Subway receipt paper! I’ve never had good service at this location and will not ever go back!

Former employee here. I would highly recommend choosing a different place to work, while I was here, I was paid incorrectly several times, and given inhumane shifts when I was 16 and should've only been working around 20 hours a week as I had requested part time. The owner Mr. Gregg was not a very nice person, my father had to step in and get involved with these situations mentioned.

I had arrived at this subway location at 8:25, with still 35 minutes left until closing time and the doors were locked. The subway shouldn’t have closed until 9 pm, why are the doors locked so early. i called the place 3 times to ask if closing time had changed and they ignored by call. There was 2 workers staring at me from the inside who didn’t have the decency to even come up to the door or answer my call to at least tell me that they had closed early.
